Costly. Plus the dryer didnt dry my car. I guess thats why they hand out chamois cloth at the start. Vacuums are good though. Wish they had a crevice attachment.

Some good and bad changes over the last year. I was disappointed that the $15 buckeye was is gone. The only wash that includes wheels is $21.The ability to get the car clean is mediocre. Anything besides dust isnt likely to be completely cleaned off.The blower cycle is too fast and leaves the vehicle very wet. 10 seconds additional blower time would be great.Overall, the wash is ok and free vacuuming is great.

Excellent quality wash with little to no residue left around the nooks & crannies. The vacuums have been maintained and have strong suction that help me with embedded dog hairs in the carpets (we have a service dog - a super-shedder). Now that I have purchased the monthly plan I will be able to keep our 2021 Acadia looking and smelling new.

Great wash but the drying leaves alot to be desired. They give you a cloth to wipe down after and the vacuums are free.

As busy as it ever looks we get through rather quickly. Vacuum are always functional as is the floorcarpet cleaning unit. A few more garbage cans and even the simplest restroom would make it perfect.

My wife warned me! What was once the best is now...... So I went. I drove home and there were swirl scratches on the side and back of my truck. I tried calling several times and it is impossible to get through. Their recording goes into a loop. I drove back, talked with them. Two days later they sent me an email telling me the damage was existing. Again I tried to email and no responses. I talked with a body shop. When I told them what happened, the person chuckled and said, Good luck getting a claim from them. BEWARE !

I live in an area where bugs are plentiful this time of the year and many end up on my windshield and front end. Normally I go to Goo Goo Carwash, which is about 12 miles out of my way, because they do a preliminary scrub with soapy brushes before I enter the carwash. This time they did not. If they quit this service then I won’t be returning because I can find an average car wash anywhere. Needless to say, I paid $15.00 for a car wash that left just as many remnants of dead bugs on my windshield and front end as when I entered the carwash.

There wash has been down consistently within the last 30 days they do not reach out to customers and inform them of showing up and not being able to have any service due to lack of maintenance I took my service down the street to zoom Express where they do not leave soap on the mirrors I have reached out to customer service three to four times asking for them to quit billing and a refund have not received either poor service and the refund reply he left is incorrect because its not in my name its in my wifes name so yes a liar!

The free vacuums are sweet and the free air freshener smells great. Although I do wish the air freshener lasted longer. Also the car wash gets your car pretty clean. No match for the bugs on my bumper though. Next time I’ll try I higher quality wash.

After being a loyal customer for 2 1/2 years I had an incident happen on my two month old 2019 Ford fusion titanium model hybrid, I went in and spoke to the manager, he openly admitted that the wash did the damage have video evidence - I was told to email gentleman by the name of Phil wise at the corporate office, I emailed him 4-5 times, Forwarding the original email in the new email, he never replied - called the corporate office to speak to him personally the incident report never existed, those wheels are $1100 apiece new from Ford, they didnt care so much that they did not show up to the court hearing today when I took them to court and WON a judgment against them - thats right I WON ! Now time to collect the 5k from you clowns - that will be interesting

The staff was very nice and friendly however I feel like the dirt was just swirled around my car I dont know if its been a while since they cleaned the pads since its a touch car Wash or what but my car was just as dirty when it came out

Always polite, they usually give you an air freshener and a towel for the car. They could likely use an upgrade in some of the vacuums, but other than that I have no complaints.

I used to stop at this car wash all the time but for the last two months every time I’ve gone to go get my car washed they’ve had a sign up that they are temporarily closed. I don’t know if it’s from broken parts or lack of employees but I’m definitely not getting my $29.99 wash pass value because I haven’t been able to get my truck washed. I will be canceling my membership this is ridiculous.

They need to either immediately post when service is not available on their website or, send a text/email to people who have paid for a monthly subscription. I drive 6 - 7 miles one way, approximately 15 minutes just to find the entrance blocked, no personnel or sign explaining the situation. This is not the first time this has happened.

Since opening a few years ago, the service has plummeted. Attitudes of workers are poor, customer service is lacking and the wash itself is sub-par. I am in process of cancelling my monthly subscription.. I wanted to pay for upgraded wash from what my subscription covered and was told I could not!?!? Then I asked to cancel and was told that they would not do this, but that I had to do it on line.. Contact clearly states it can be done in person...Go elsewhere..there are PLENTY that are much better and act as if they appreciate the business.

Was apparently signed up for recurring monthly billing to my credit card without my knowledge or consent! Went and spoke with manager and was told that he cancelled my membership,(Day after unauthorized charge) but could not refund the charge! WHAT? Corporate will not answer or return calls and emailing don’t work had to get credit card company involved. BEWARE!

Good place to wash your car. It seems they turn up the speed on the conveyor at times and that their detergent runs out at times as well but overall I will go here rather than any other.

Drove from out of town and was looking to get my car washed. This place looked nice and clean. As soon as we got done, I noticed huge scratches on the hood of my car that were not there before. When we went through the wash we noticed how hard the car was getting hit by the rubber strips. This is going to cost me a fortune to fix and the front of the car is still dirtyNow GooGoo is claiming they cant help us because we didnt report the issue within 24 hours. We have phone logs to prove we tried getting in touch. PLEASE BEWARE of this car wash.

I absolutely love the excellent customer service here. The employees are dressed professionally in khakis, a white shirt, and a bow tie. Going through the washers is colorful and fun! I take advantage of the rust-proofing undercarriage wash. I have the monthly pass, and its super convenient. My car comes out squeaky clean each time. At the end, they have a free high-powered vacuum suction tube, floor mat washer, and paper towels. I highly recommend Goo Goo car wash.

This was my first time been here after my Costco shopping. The cheapest was $8 but overall I am very happy with the result. I glad that I found this place and will use again.

If you go here when it is busy you need to be aware that you often will not get the car wash you paid for. Despite what wash you pay for, the wash level you get is a gamble. They’ve got two pay lanes that merge into one before entering the wash. When busy, cars have to jostle into the merge and the order gets mixed up. The automated wash gives you the wash it believes the car in that position should get. So pay $21 for the top wash and you could get the basic $8 wash the guy behind you bought while he gets the top wash that you paid for.

This place really has service down....I loved cleaning my mats (free) in a takeoff on Grannys ringer washer. The vacuum suction is so good you have to wrestle it off the stand and wonder of non-stressful wonders, you can take as long as you need. Its constant and free too. My only beef woukd be my windows were a tad spotty but the car gleamed!

Always felt this car wash had a good overall wash of my car. Noticed it had good water pressure, would also leave my tire wells clean.

The monthly packages will save you money if you wash your more than car twice a month. I have the lowest priced package, which is the only package that doesnt include wax. I wash my car a lot so I dont need wax applied each time. However sometimes I do want wax applied and with my monthly package its impossibe to upgrade your level at the kiosk. The only option to upgrade one single time is to cover your sticker and purchase it like you had no membership. I just wish there was a button on the screen that prompted you to upgrade one single time. Thank you

After purchasing the membership I was then told their would be a reoccurring charge each month. I’m fine with this as long as I can access my account online in some matter. I can’t. It’s a nice car wash but my guess is you need to tell them to cancel your membership account which I’m not a fan of. Hopefully I can some satisfying answers on my next visit.

Definitely not a fan of this car wash. It didnt reach around the back side of my SUV fully and left some parts of my rear windshield uncleaned and hardly touched my wheels. Everything else has a nice shine, the tire shine is shiny and doesnt spin off which is a plus.Not worth the price I paid for the wash.

I mostly LOVE this car wash. However, what I dont like is the two lines to pay that funnel into one line. Today my gate opened and I started to edge forward and then the gate for the line to my left opened and the SUV gunned it and cut me off completely. Now I hate confrontation and I was /tempted/ to lay on my horn but I didnt. Instead I decided to practice some patience and grace. But when it got to be my turn to go through I asked the clerk how they know which car-wash I paid for... sure enough he showed me as having bought a less expensive package. I showed him my receipt and he told me I could enter the code on the receipt next time for a free wash. So Mr. Im in a Rush and dont have any common-courtesy SUV got an upgraded wash and I get a free one next time Im there (though I didnt get the wash I paid for today). Ill be back, but they need to have more time between when the two gates open so that the customers get what they paid for.

The actual car wash itself is super nice and effective but the young kids that work there are punks. I’m not an idiot...car washes are pretty self explanatory but EVERY car wash I’ve been to the worker tells you “put your car in neutral” ... “let off the break”.....both times I’ve been there the kids are too busy talking to each other then act all pissy and rude when I don’t know the exact timing when to let off the break. The attitude and eye rolling has lost my business.Id much rather pay less and deal with nicer guys at Bee clean.

I went to wash my car both Friday and Saturday and both times ws told that the wash was closed. There were however, people that were cleaning their cars out with the vacuums. I also have a monthly contract.The manager came out and said that Friday the pit was full and that it had to be emptied. Saturday same story but supposedly Roto Rooter was coming out to do the job. I would recommend another place to spend your hard earned money. I know for a fact that Roto Rooter works 24-7 and that job should have been completed on Friday if indeed they were not going to a late lunch/early dinner.

Fabulous car wash! After you go through the wash, you can hose out your car for free and take as long as you need to... Then you get to run your floor mats through the cleaner for free as many times as you need to until their clean!

Awesome place to get your car wash, 3 minutes and under what pleasure it is to be in and out if you know what I mean 😏! Just one minor flaw, is that the demand on the weekends certainly does not meet the supply, goes from a quicky; to a ever so lasting game of call of duty you’ve been wanting to be over since the beginning.

I need to update my review. The only reason I wanted to wash my car is to clean the salt and snow from my car during the winter time. So it was very frustrating that for the last 3 days I have been trying to clean my car and the car wash was closed without even a notice. I went to a laser wash and cleaned my car over there. I am not going again because that defeat the purpose. My car is salty and disgusting everyday due to driving on the highway. They need to fix this before I give them good rate again.

Quick and easy. Staff is friendly and the wash does a good job. Utilize the free carpet floor mat cleaner machines. Also, theres a place off to the side to hose down your plastic floor mats.

I use this wash 2-3 times a week. I use my car for ride share full time so keeping it clean inside and out is important. My only complaint is I wish the dryers worked better. They do provide towels to finish drying but I also use my shame

They even have a mat washer. Typical drive through 10 to 20 dollar wash. Kids like the colored LED lights.

They don’t wash the back end of the car anymore (was not crowded) and they don’t have the towels for drying and cleaning the interior. I was very disappointed this time around!!

Obviously their card machine was down. Didn’t find this out until I made it through their maze of a driveway. It would help if they put a sign out front saying things aren’t working like vacuums, card machine etc. Besides today, it’s a decent experience.

I have been a monthly member for quite some time now and the service is going downhill. The last two days I have gone, no one cleans the front or back of my car with the brushes. They just send me through the car wash. It wasn’t busy at all. It does make a difference when the so the “pre-cleaning” before he wash. Plus they closed earlier than normal the last few days. Very disappointing!
