I received a free car wash ad via mail so I tried . They just opened, located behind Getgo, the signs were confusing, cash, cash/ card and member. There were about 20 cars, it took from start to finish 15 min, everything was technical, everything went smoothly, close at 8 pm, if you see Antoine tell him Freddie said hi

Rainforest is a great car wash. Loved the waterfall and all of the animals and decorations on the tunnel. Just so cool to see all of that in a car wash.

The attendant disabled the overhead brushes without telling me so only the sides of my truck was washed. Never have I been to a car wash where they disable the overhead brushes....a complete waste of money. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Very very immaculate place! The prices are great and the service is even better. The measure of a car wash is usually how well the vacuums work. Well this place has the best ones.

I have tried a few different car washes in the area and this one cleans well but unfortunately it also scratches your car easily. My car is brand new and after using the first month discounted unlimited pass I canceled after I noticed many significant scratches after using. The pressure is just too much, really disappointing. This area of Avon really needs a laser/touch free wash.

I decided to check out this new wash in the area as I got a free coupon in the mail. WOW! They have definitely secured a regular customer! This is hands down the best car wash I have seen in the area. I had been looking for one that was as good as the one I used back home in Michigan (we just moved here last fall) and today I finally found it. I got the best wash they had and my car looks like brand new! They also have many other wash options at varying price levels, and the wash is decorated so cool, it reminds me of the decor at the Rainforest Cafe. I wanted to find a car wash with free vacuums, and sure enough after the wash there is a huge open and spacey lot with a long row of tons of free vacuums! The prices were great, the wash was as good as it gets and they get people through quickly. You really cant beat it. Cant wait to come back! Side note - only thing I would prefer differently or could do without is the employee coming up to the car (during COVID times) when you are trying to do self service and pick out your wash. Although today it was helpful as my coupon needed to be scanned in manually. But it really is nice to have a truly self service wash for future with maybe just a help button for those that do need help, plus then the employee doesnt have to stand outside in the cold. That was not a big deal though and they were super nice! :) Again cant wait to come back!

Went to Avon location. Really like the wash. Someone thought I got a new car, the next day! Reasonable prices & awesome staff... so friendly, too. Ill be back for sure.

The colored lights as you go through are interesting, it was ok, but Im looking for one where they spray car with bug spray.

This car wash does a fantastic job cleaning your car...but if you dont read the fine print on the unlimited monthly washes it will do the same to your wallet or purse..please read the fine print!

I came for the first time because of all the great reviews and ended up getting the car wash for free. I wish I lived in the area because I would definitely sign up for their monthly membership if I did! The service was great, the staff was very helpful, and the wash itself is one of the best automatic washes I’ve seen. I especially love that they offer an underbody wash. After the wash, they have free vacuums and air for tires which I thought was a nice add. I’ll definitely be coming back when I am in the area!

Usually I don’t use touch washes, but this one is an exception. I bought the top end monthly package for $35 and use it every couple days, as I like to have a clean car as a real estate agent! Does a great job at cleaning wheels as well, and puts tire dressing on for an added bonus! I’ll miss it when I move.

Car wash is great as long as theres no bugs tar or tough dirt on your car. Bought membership and have used a couple times now and both times my car still looks dirty. Free vacuums are coming apart near the hose and attachment too. Will definitely be canceling my membership and looking elsewhere

Does a decent job of washing your car. The tire glaze machine applied product to the quarter panels of my vehicle. This didnt look good on a white car

My car came out clean, but there was a little soap hear and there afterwards. I really like that they have vacuums and friendly staff. It is also really cool that they have different events at a car wash as when I went on friday they had an Easter egg hunt going .

I hate the car washes in which you pull up, and are going thru the prompts, clearly doing just fine, and a worker comes out and offers to slide the CC for u and push all the selections for u. I’m sure some people may like this but personally it bothers me. The lanes are super tight. Large vehicles will have a hard time getting in and out of the wash. The wash seemed very powerful and did a good job. The tire shine option only worked on one side of my vehicle. Not sure why.

Wow pretty cool place take your kids for a car wash their lights colored soaps they do the undercarriage, obviously wash some kind of good wax at the end and Tire protectant really neat place like an amusement park take the kids😀

So I have been through Avons Rainforest Carwash twice. Both times problems. First time, touch screen did not work. Second time, would not take my 1st credit card, but took my other, but gate did not open. I know it took my 2nd card because phone showed it went through. Meanwhile the kid is on his cell phone and not paying attention. Sometimes when you make these places too fancy, more things go wrong. I think they need to rethink this concept
