This place is so freaking amazing!!!! While you’re waiting they offer wine or any drinks. Adriana painted my hair super quickly and Simon cut my hair phenomenal. I sent my wife there as a gift and I had to quickly sell one of my kidneys to recoup some of the cost. Average results at an Outrageously & Ridiculously Expensive Prices!! Quite honestly, its a straight-up robbery, as the prices seemed way off from anywhere you would ever go (including Beverly Hills Finest). Maybe they noticed that we were not locals and decided to take advantage of our sincerity and kindness. One thing is certain, I will never-ever think of sending my wife there again and I will tell ALL of my clients about their shady practices.

Ive been coming here for a few months now. Ever since I moved to CA. This is a great place to get a hair cut. Cinithia and Veronica, the owners, are wonderful. The staff is amazing! I feel like Ive been friends with all them for years every time they greet me when I walk through the door. I have had my haircut by Cinithia, Veronica, and Lizette. They are all amazing and do excellent work. I highly recommend coming here.

After receiving a call back from the Salon Manager (Camila) and Salon Owner(Simon) admitting that they knowingly overcharged me and then promising to refund me. I am yet to receive the refund and quite honestly, I am not surprised by it. At this point, they can truly keep their theft, I am only here to warn potential customers about them. I will be back to update you with another negative 1-star review after I receive a message from them stating that they forgot or some lame excuse like that. And please dont be duped by the fake positive reviews, I am sure the staff & family posted them. SCAMMERS. Robbery. Simon sold me two packages of hair extensions of the worst quality, super dry and damaged hair. I could only use them for a month. I asked him to removed them out of my hair and he told me that he would send them back to the manufacturer to give me a refund. After two weeks he told me that he could only give me a store credit. Store credit for what ?? to buy shampoo ?? I wouldn’t let this guy to touch my hair again.He kept the extensions which I was charged $ 350 each package. So I paid $700 for damage hair I only used for one month. Going to that place was an very expensive mistake for me. Be aware and don’t trust in the 5 star comments they are influencers to whom he gives free services in order to get a good reputation.

This place is amazing everyone here is super nice and welcoming they treat you like family from the moment you step in through the door. The whole team there works greatly together to satisfy your hair dreams. I recently went and got my hair done and it came out amazing i continuously get compliments on where i got it done too. Best salon on the planet! All of the staff are friendly especially Matan and Simon, they will go above and beyond to give good service. I came into the salon not knowing at all what hair cut to get with my mess of hair on my head, and Matan helped me look so fresh I looked liked a new person. This salon clearly does not care for appointments.Made an appointment with their esthetician and she canceled it twice before seeing me. However you end up wasting your time with someone who isnt that experienced at their job. All in if your time is scarces and are not willing to pay high prices for a horrible service. Lost all my lashes.Please dont visit this facility.

He was due to cut my husbands hair When we walked in we were told he was running on time. He then told us he’s running a few minutes late but had just started blowing out a woman’s hair. when we complained that we were told he was on time and we don’t appreciate being lied to he told me sometimes we get customers like you. I imagine most customers would not appreciate being lied to but hey...he then assigned my husband to a different hair dresser who butchered my husbands hair. Stay clear if this place

I’d like to start off by saying that Ive never taken the time to write a review, but felt absolutely obligated to share my horrible experience and warn others about this unethical business ran by an owner with extreme anger issues. I believe many of the positive reviews on this page are most likely fake in attempt to draw away from the REAL reviews which are very negative. Please take the time to read this before even considering this salon.I’m a 25 year old fashion model who has been in the modeling industry for 8 years. I have my home in Miami, but spend most of my time working overseas. I had a local job recently which required me to have hair extensions put in at one of the top salons in Miami, Oren Salon located at the W South Beach. I had free time to have my extensions removed that particular day so I called a nearby salon in which I was quoted $50, but they were not able to get me in same day. I called U STLYE Salon where I told the owner, Simon, I needed to have my tape extensions only removed and the previous salon quoted me $50 but were not able to get me in same day. His response was, “We will do it for $50 and you can come now!”As I had my extensions removed, Simon approached me in attempt to sell me on buying new hair extensions have him put them in. According to him, my extensions were horrible in which I responded where I had them done. 1) My current extensions were brand new, amazing quality, and matched my hair PERFECTLY. I was very happy with them. 2) I do not usually wear extensions and regardless wanted to give my scalp and hair a break. I was very adamant I was only there to remove the extensions. For some reason he seemed to get offended by the answers and I got the feeling he does not have his customer’s best interest but rather only concerned with making money.As I’m sitting having my hair washed, I’m told how bad the quality my extensions and tape are. In my opinion, the stylist and salon do not work with extensions often and did not know how to properly remove the tape. As a result, I was in pain while they tugged on my scalp and ripped out chunks of my hair. Did I mention they didnt even remove all of it? When it came time to pay, I was told it would cost $150. I replied that the owner specifically quoted me $50. She gets the owner on the phone and I am persistent that I will only pay $50 because that is what he told me AND no one told me otherwise before or during the appointment. He gets very angry and starts yelling while threatening to call the police on me. I hand the receptionist the phone and inform her to charge my card $50 in which she will not per the owner saying no. I write down my name and phone number for when the situation calms down and I leave.I start receiving harassing text messages, phone calls, FaceTimes from Simon and he also informs me he called the police. He then follows my Instagram account when he learns Im a fashion model which is pretty odd if you ask me for someone who just called the cops on someone. In which he is immediately blocked. I drove to the police station to talk about what happened in utter shock that an owner, instead of trying to handle the situation in a peaceful manner and provide excellent customer service, would the cops on me who posed ZERO threat and have EVERY intention on paying what I was quoted. Also, when he talked to the police it went from me owing him $150 to $450!!!! To only REMOVE extensions! The cops informed him he could NOT do that. THAT IS A CON ARTIST FOR YOU!I was informed this wasnt the first time Simon has called the cops on someone and there have been many similar issues at his salon. Aside from how horribly I was treated, I still went in the next day and paid $50. Coincidentally, his salon follows me and offered me any free service 2 months ago which I didnt see until this happened. They had no idea I was the person they messaged. DO NOT GO HERE or give a person of this character your business! Also, I WAS IN THERE FOR 1 HOUR! You dont say one price and change it without telling the person.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Salon changed hands recently. The owner recommended his brother as a technician for my 4 year old’s hair. Totally inexperienced and he chopped up my kids hair. He looks like he escaped from an asylum. I paid the ridiculous $35 for a baby’s haircut because I didn’t want to make a scene. I was contacted by the owner but instead of trying to fix things he sent me emoji of vomit and told me to learn to speak English. Stay away from Matan and this whole horrible place

First and last time there! My hair supposed to be red but now Im brunette. Too expensive for wrong color. Also, I made an appointment for hair, mani & pedi and facial wax but they wanted to go home and completely forgot about the wax. And because they wanted to go home, they charged me before all the service get done. I think its very unprofessional.

I just moved to Florida from New York City. I have never allowed anyone to touch my hair. Especially working in the beauty industry I know the pros & cons. I came across Matan & I saw he had done his wife’s hair; just how I have always loved it. I decided to give it a try and trust him; I’m so happy with my results to where I can’t even explain it. The salon treats you like family; it’s super clean and organized; they have a mani & pedi section also a face section for eyebrows and micro blading. Everyone is extremely nice and caring. I HIGHLY recommend U STYLE DAY SPA SALON!! I recommend each hair dresser because you can see the professionalism and work ethic each one carries. I’m happy I finally found a salon I can trust. While I am in agreement with all the positive reviews about the quality of work; I would strongly urge all to be aware of the dubious and shady pricing. Please read on...I called to book an appointment (highlights only) and to specifically ask about the pricing since I am new to the area. A receptionist kindly stated that the highlights would cost anywhere between $100-$200 and the appointment was confirmed. I arrived on time and everything looked great. The place is ideally located and is spotless. The treatment started promptly and all is great so far… Just before the completion of the highlights, the store owner will attempt to sell you a few products from his store and he convinced me to purchase a $33 LOreal oil infused conditioner. But here is when things start to get slightly interesting, the store owner then tells me that the internet connection isnt working too well and would like cash as a form of a payment. Luckily I had $300 cash in my wallet and I had assumed that would cover all costs, but boy was I wrong. Upon check-out, the receptionist added a bunch of figures and with the $33 bottle of L’Oreal and the $50 tip, the total was an egregious $500!! WHAT, $500!!!... I had to phone in my husband to bring me additional cash to cover the cost. It left such a sour taste in my mouth, that I truly was not able to enjoy the highlights thereafter. If I only knew this was going to happen, I would never have made an appointment. I was robbed-blind and I will never go back to this place. There are a million places that can perform the same work with a much better business practice. I am truly stunned that other clients have not mentioned this or it could be that I am the only sucker who was taking advantage for my sincere kindness and grace.
