The quality of haircut I get is among the best Ive gotten. The price is fair. Ive had cuts from multiple barbers in this shop and have never been disappointed.

First time... last timeExtremely disappointed with my highlights I actually left 3 messages and an email and not one person or the manager has reached out to me about my disappointment i left them now I felt.The wrong toner was used and not even close to the color I asked for. The same day I return and some of it was removed leaving me with an orange hue in color.I was looking forward to getting my hair done like most of us after months of not being able to do so and my hair is not where I want it to be not even close. Very upset as I was very blonde now brassy orange.Maybe someone will reach out to me now?

I just moved here from Manhattan, NY and Im so lucky that I found this place via Google. I was looking for a place with someone who knew and have worked with cutting hair extension. For those who do know about human hair extension, know that you cant cut layers with just a normal scissor because it will make it look choppy! Luckily enough I meet Victoria who was an absolute pleasure and she knew her stuff! She did an amazing cut!!! super friendly and a great sense of humor and personality.Ps: also loved the lady at the front desk!!I found my new steady hair parlor!!!

The worst hair salon ever !!! I dont recommend it. If I could Ill give them cero stars. I want a hair cut and it cost me 45doll and it wasnt the look that I choose. I even try to explain to the stylist (if I can call him like that) the look that I want and he said he did what I asked for, he though that I was blind, right?… I dont know. The thing is that I wont go there again !!! Even though the place looks nice but.....

This hair stylist completely screwed up my hair and gave me a combination between a bob and mullet. My layers are uneven by a whole inch, and my usual hair stylist usually does my hair has no clue to fix it without giving me a really short bob right above my cheeks! My hair was shoulder length... how do you even do that???... No amount of free hair cuts could make this disaster right!(Update): The owner seems to be lying about me ever being here. When in fact I was just there a couple days ago!

Worst experience ever. At first, I was impressed when I got there of how professional the place looked and its location. So, I figured, ok Im going to give this a try. I had chocolate brown/black hair with about 1/2 gray roots. I wanted a change. I desired golden brown base with honey blonde ombré layers. Stylist said its a long process, he didnt want to ruin my hair with bleach. So, he advised to try full set highlights ( which would come out like an amber color) with a lighter brown base. I figured hes the expert. So, I agreed.After about almost 3hrs there, I walked out still having brown hair just with amber highlights. Olaplex was used in the process. I also still had gray hair but didnt notice till I got home. My bill was over $300. Its been almost 2weeks since I got this done. Im so unsatisfied that I still have to find a salon that can get the result I initially wanted. I will never return to this place nor will I recommend it to anyone ever.
