What a fantastic experience!!! This small, yet cozy salon is located at the entrance of Mystic condo in Aventura.This is like a private setting type of salon. Ralph was my professional hairstylist. He rendered an outstanding service to my daughters and I.He is very patient and kind.I will definitely go back to Aqua for more pampering and stylish look.

Don’t waste your time. I spent 3 hrs getting a get manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was just ok but they don’t have massage chair. They soak your feet in a bucket with cold water. She left the foil to remove my on for an hour and my fingers were swollen. After my pedicure she start my gel manicure and use completely different color than what was on my toes. Worse paint job ever and chipped the next day. Definitely needs more training.

I would not suggest buying a Groupon with this company, due to the fact that they would not honor it for the very next day after the specific nail tech that it was for didnt show and they didnt tell me until after I was there with a guest already in a salon chair. She wouldnt have gone if I didnt have an appointment in the first place and Im only visiting for a short time. The only reason Im rating them 3 stars is because of how sweet the stylist was to my guest. But their business practices are lacking. Also, 4% additional is charged for using credit.

The nail tech Yari is rude and very unproffesional. I was told to show up at a certain time, and when I did the woman did not greet me & told me to wait, as she stuffed her face with food in the RECEPTION area. I was able to hear her make a sly remark that I had INTERRUPTED her while she ate (not knowing I speak perfect Spanish). There were also two small dogs inside the salon, which did not stop barking and making all sort of noises. I love dogs but I prefer my manicure session to be a relaxing one and this was FAR from what I had expected.

Very inconvient location paired with horrible customer service. The nail tech said she was unable to finish doing my girlfriends nails after stripping the original polish off because another nail tech was late. She left the job less than 1/2 done and still had the nerve to charge $15 for the incomplete manicure. Terrible work and even worse customer service.

I am giving 3 stars because the lady offered me a tea. But the location was so hard to find. It was inside the country club. I was so lost. I had to pay $2 for a vallet which is not a big deal. But the service wasnt that great for the thing Ive been tbrough.

The best salon for beauty treatments! The employees make sure that the customer definitely has a satisfactory experience. All manicure instruments are sterilized and clean at the time of use. Ive been coming here for a manicure for a year and I love it, Yari and Lis are very attentive to detail. The environment is calm and adapts to my comforts!
