I needed something fast and good but I found this place is perfect. They have a sterilizer, everything is very clean, my hands were made by a boy who really works spectacularly, they were beautiful, and my pedicure was also made by a girl, they were cute too. Thank you so much 😊

I came here to get my nails done thinking that it would be good quality and they would last but man was I wrong. After 1 day one nail broke. Not a big deal. I Came and they fixed it. 3 days later and THREE more nails broke.. in less than ONE week I had broken 4 nails doing the smallest activities. They gave me sass and attitude for coming back and having them fixed. If you are trying to find a good place to have your nails done with dip don’t come here because they are weak and you nails will break before it even complete a week. I will NEVER come back here again.

I showed them a picture of what i wanted and the picture wasnt glittery and when i left they turned out to be glittery when i asked for diffrent Shades of brown and the pinky is crooked

Recently moved to Miami and I am so happy to have found this salon! They took such good care of my nails and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and the result was better than any manicure I’ve gotten back home. Such a pleasant surprise, Trina & Lee are funny and kind ladies who will take care of you :) I’m happy to have found my new nail salon !!

Very poor service. Only one girl who does acrylics there and the entire time she was rushing me reminding me she has other customers to deal with. 3 days after getting them done there almost all my nails all were ready to come off. Rude people. When you go to the nail salon you want you want to sit and enjoy yourself, I paid for the most expensive pedicure but was rushed out the door for my nails. Ridiculous I’ll never go back.

I hate to leave a negative review because she took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. Unfortunately they did not last longer than one week. I would hate for someone to throw $140 down the drain like I did. I used the pink acrylic and she painted the white tips. My press on nails last longer than this. But I am thankful they open their business, taking proper protocols, and offered their services. I work in the office and don’t do much with my hands. So I can’t really think of an excuse. The pedicure sucked too but A for effort.

The salon is great, there are some esthetician’s who shouldn’t be doing pedicures or manicuresBe cautious of who is doing your service. I finished part way through a hack job. Bleeding, in even, botched.She put me in a chair that didn’t work for massage reclining or movement. It was very shocking and terrible.At the end she blamed my nail bed and my instructions about length and shaping.I would go back only to few women there.

I showed up I was told an hour wait. The lady had me write my name down and phone number. Two hours later I walk by still nothing and I waited. The mall closed and she never said a word to me and locked up. She didn’t get much trouble from me because I respect women. Save your money for someone who wants your money that person will respect your time and treat you better. Shoppers beware they don’t care here.

I traveled an hour and half to get to this nail salon the people inside watched me stand there for 5 mins no one approached me I walked up to the lady and asked did they accept walk-ins she said walk-ins only I said ok I would like my nails done she said it would be a wait I said ok I’ll wait, I waited for 3 hours the lady came back and said that the nail tech been booked with appointments all day and that I wouldn’t be able to be seen like are you kidding me there’s only one person that does acrylic and i thought it was “walk-ins only”. It is now 6:35 nail salons closes at 7 or 8 if they didn’t want my 100$ they should have told me earlier and I would have went somewhere else . I honestly think this lady was prejudice towards me because I didn’t look all fancy like her other customers, I saw people walk in and immediately get service. this whole situation was very unprofessional I wasted my whole day now gotta take the trip back with no services done, my feelings is really hurt this was the only day I could get my nails done

Very unprofessional, when you get to the door no one acknowledges you, you don’t know wether to sign in or walk up to the maybe 3-5 nail techs currently working on clients .The one lady of color who works there is VERY argumentative with customers I witnessed 2 arguments all while getting nails done. Only ONE person knows how to do acrylics, the others only do pedicures . Also when somebody walks in the lady who I believe is In control of the day to day flow of the salon will say the wait time is “maybe 20 minutes to every customer” which is a lie because you wait at least an hourJust very unprofessional and not up to the standards to be in the Aventura mall.Very sloppy job on nails the the Hispanic lady doing my nails seemed to be high or popped something as well

So bad, WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE!! I watched them how they re used the tools they use to file, cut nails etc. without even washing them or disinfecting and using them on another client that had just walked up. They grab them from where I was at, took them and put them in one of those blue bags to make them look like they have been disinfected in front of new client. SUCH A LIE!! The guy that is working there did it and the ladies there watched him do it and didnt even say anything. Now i have a fungal infection on my nails. I even had to go to the doctor for medicine.AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! NOT CLEAN

-1 STAR FOR QUALITY!!! The employees were really nice though. For some strange reason their nail polish is terrible. Ive gone twice already, two days in a row. I just got them done and they are peeling off for the second time after a FEW hours. I paid $75 for these nails and will have to spend another $60+ tomorrow to get them done elsewhere. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!! They are not that experienced in doing what the customer asks of them. And youll feel uncomfortable telling them its not what you want repeatedly. Wish I could get a refund honestly. So disappointed. Whoever responds to these messages acts like they care but doesnt really solve your problem at all. GO ELSEWHERE!!

I would give 0 if I could. 0 customer service. Not only the staff is unprofessional and unfriendly, they also insult and harass people. I was greeted with “What do you need”, then later was screamed at and called names. To add the worst, was told that something is wrong with me and that I am different!! So cruel, inhumanly and so inappropriate! Worst, most humiliating experience in my life! Not to mention the quality of work is so poor and that the entire salon is its not clean and anti-sanitary. Definitely would not recommend it!!!

I was treated like a queen when I visited this place back in November 2020 during my weekend get away from Boston. Yanaira did my gel pedicure and she did an excellent job, my nails lasted a whole month until i said it was time to change lol. Lee in other hands accommodated me and served me wine while she did my ombré manicure which I loved. I got so many compliments and i will definitely go back when i come back to Aventura

Following safety guidelines. I like that they are all wearing their masks properly and clean after each client.Unfortunately it’s walk in only. I understand people now a days can’t be on time and if you want to be helped you have to be willing to wait. My nails came out great. I like how my nails are shaped and are very well done. Great experience.

I put my name on the list and was told one hour but 2 and a half hours later I go back. I see my name highlighted I asked how long they ignored me and started talking among themselves I told them I will take my money somewhere else.

Had acrylics done there today. FANTASTIC!! Wonderful experience. Already cant wait to go back

Brought my 70+ year old father in a wheelchair. Was basically turned away because he may have “thick nails”. Then later, they commented he should see a foot doctor bc if he’s diabetic and on blood thinners (which he is not) it would be dangerous. Just be advised you may be profiled.

One of the worst nail experiences and theyre thieves.First of all, they have no idea how to shape nails, they charged me for a manicure which I only got a nail polish change.. tried to convince me my gel design I had before from another place can only be done on dip,,, on top of its they cant even paint nails properly... I just wiped them off as soon as she painted them. Horrible experience overall...

I was in town for work and came here for a pedicure. One of the women working looked me up and down when I walked in. The pedicure was rushed and two days later polish is already coming off.It appears I came in about a half hour before closing and as I was under the dryer they started closing up shop, no one even said thank you or goodbye.

I went to do my Maniquire gel and pedicure .The lady that did my nails was constantly getting up to answer the phone or asking new Custumers what they need . I got there at 4pm and got out at 6:20pm .She complain that I have a lot of skin when she was doing my Maniquire and she put a different color in my hands .

I moved to Miami recently and had trouble finding a good nail spot but I am sooo happy I found this place! The salon is super cute and clean. They offer water and wine! If you want a super cute design I would suggest asking for Trina. She took her time and did such a good job on my nails. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely come back!

I have been coming to coming to ocean breeze since they opened in 2018. The atmosphere is clean and tranquil. The work is exceptional. The ladies are very experienced. If you want professional acrylic or dip powder, ask for Trina or Le!

Every time I go to the mall, I pass by this salon and figured that I’d give it a try today. I’m so glad that I did! Everyone is so friendly. It’s very relaxed in there and had great music playing. My nail tech, Le, did a great job on my nails. Had I not been pressed for time, I would have stayed longer and gotten more done while there. The prices are a little higher than what I am used to... BUT it’s worth it! Can’t wait to go back in 2 weeks.

Trina did my nails yesterday, and she’s amazing. She’s so sweet to talk to, and takes her time to make sure every nail is perfect and will last. I did coffin tips with gel ombré on it and I’m so happy with how it camp out. I will 100% come here again.

The reviews were unfortunately correct. My tech rushed through to catch up with my friends tech who started 15 min before. Took off dipped polish with a grinder instead of soaking during the rushed pedicure causing burning under my nails. Did regular polish over residue from previous dipped nail so the texture is bumpy and ridged. Not happy! Would not recommend to any out of town visitors. Check the reviews and be wary. My friends tech did a really nice job and was friendly at least.

I live everything about this nail salon. The interior design, the endless nail colors, the technicians, service. Everything is GREAT. They offer free wine. The owner is really funny. They treat you very kind. They’re skills are super impressive. They made my nails look sooo sexy and phenomenal. Would come back every time.

Bachelor Party week. I wanted a very nice relaxing massage, pedicure, and drinks and Ocean Breeze has it all. They treated me with utmost respect and treated me like royalty. This place is great!!! The customer service is on point here ! The salon is located inside Aventura Mall so it is open later than most salons which is really convenient for those who work a 9-5 job. I would highly recommend this salon for those in the area!

The interior design of the place is really nice compare to other nails salon. Sadly it will be my only positive comment ! It is really over price for the quality of the work ! I really appreciate the professionalism of the front Guy, I guess he is the manager of the place, but when he is not present the employees (most of them Asian) are giving to the customer attitudes and comments that are not acceptable !!!! If I can give an advise to the owner, he should fire all of them and hire motivated and professional employee !!! I am going to an other place 5 min away from Ocean Breeze and it is half of the price, they are providing great work quality, always really nice and professional! This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. I called to make an appointment and they told me to just “come any time”, I even called again to make sure I heard correctly. I went and signed in and they said they’ll call me “ASAP” when they’re ready. I waited an hour and heard nothing. Went to the salon, stood there for another hour and they didn’t even acknowledge me. will never try to go there again.

This place is so awesome! Jennifer took very good care of my nails, giving each finger individual attention. I went in for a manicure (only $17) and was worked on for an entire hour. Best manicure ive ever had and will be coming back here in the future. They also offer many different types of nail services including gel and dip. Great atmosphere and good music played in the background. A nice relaxing break in the middle of my work day.

If anyone had or always has a good experience at this place, good for them. However, my friend and I recently went to this place and had the worst possible experience. We called in advance to make an appointment and were told that they only do walk-ins. We walked in and were told that it would be about at 15-20 minute wait, which was not bad. However, after picking our colors and waiting, we realized that it had been far more than 20 minutes. There were only about four people working there and two people getting services, so I didn’t think this was the best place to go if you’re in a rush, like I was. It almost seemed as if we were being ignored.

My first time at spa. Extremely poor service. Two attendant working on you at the same time. While trying to choose colors fr hand with one attendant, the other dragging my foot in extremely hot water with no patience. I kindly asked her to wait. After service was complete my bill was $102. $75 for hands and attendant quoted a different price when I asked. Charged me $30 to put diamonds on two fingers while they initially told me 10. Attendant that did my pedicure did a poor job and since i could not pull down my pants legs another attendant offered to helping laughing as she knew my attendant was to assist with that. Will NEVER ever go here again. I dont normally do reviews. Going to a mall like aventura and paying so much, you would think would be better service.

How many ways can a nail technicians mess up your manicure? In ocean breeze, you will experience them all.The nails were chipping within the next hour, it took the technician 3 tries to get one of my nail polish on right, I seriously do a better job at home by myself. It looked like a 15 year old painted my nails.Seriously I want my money back.

Horrible nail. salon went quit a few times the acrylic always pops off even the gel manicures dont last the way other places do I dont keep my nails long as many others do so I cant say thats the issue,however I would not recommend this place

After waiting for 30 minutes, being the first customer at 10.15 am, an unfriendly woman ripped off my cuticles so harshly that my toe was bleeding. I asked her to please stop but she did the same to my other big toe. I wanted to run out of that place crying!

10/10! I’m a bartender so I like to have strong acrylic nails. Trina always gets my shape just right and they never break before it’s time for a fill.

HORRIBLE.. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. If I can put NO STARS, I would. I did not want to do this, but I could not let it go.. This happened a week ago. I usually come here to get my eyebrows threaded. One day, I went to to get them done and apparently the person that did threading was not there this day. They asked me to come back on Saturday and I did just that. When I came in on Saturday, another excuse as to why I could not get them threaded by saying not today. I thought that was very rude/ odd considering it is a service they provided.. By then, my eyebrows after waiting a few more days to finally get them one could NOT be threaded.. So I asked if someone can wax them. It was my first time trusting someone other than the person who usually does them. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes for them to get done, THEY CAME OUT HORRIBLE. All she did was clean them, she did not shape them AT ALL. I even had a chunk in the front of my eyebrow missing. I could have done them myself at home for the results I got. I was very disappointed . I explained to the woman that did them that I was unhappy with what she did. I told her that I was not willing to pay for what she had done to me. I told her that I could not pay because she ruined my eyebrows and I was very unhappy. After all this happened, the lady just walks away from me. No word as to going to speak with a manager or a possible discount. NOTHING. I took that as I was free to go without pay. As I leave the store, I had already walked multiple stores down and I felt this presence near me and someone yelling at me. You cant leave without pay You need pay at least $5. I kindly told her I did not want to and she harassed me by following me in the mall yelling like a crazy person. She found a security and ran to him. I followed near her to the security as well. She then started calling me a liar, telling the security guard that I just walked out without explanation and so fourth. In the end, the security guard told me I had to pay regardless; despite the service that had been provided. At this point, I am livid. I am walking back to the salon to pay $5 for a service that was done terribly. Oh, and to top it off... THIS IS THE OWNER HARASSING ME OVER $5. After I payed, I signed and she did not like my signature so she told me I had to correct it. I looked at her and simply walked away, ONLY for her to again HARASS ME GOING UP THE ESCALATOR. Was it really worth it? Was all this worth losing a committed client and attacking me as if losing $5 was going to bring your store down? This was by far the worst / humiliating experience of my life. Of course people saw this, and heard her yelling (in the mall.) I got home, I literally cried and tempted to fix my eyebrows. It was diminishing, humiliating, disgusting. I could not believe it, and still in shock. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. HORRIBLE SERVICE. & THE WAY EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.Be happy, I do NOT attach photos of my eyebrows.Til NEVER.-Unhappy Client

Giving three star to pedicurist. Awful job. I got unlucky with this old lady who was very unprofessional. Manicurust was perfect, manager was very nice. Place is very clean and relaxing. All instruments are packed and salon stuff open them in front of you. Would come back, but will definitely refuse to take a service from that lady.

Service was so rushed... my pedicure was done and they didnt even cut the cuticles or shape the nails. I also had a dip powder and only got 2 coats of dip and the nails came out looking all bumpy cause they didnt sand them down enough... all the time I felt the service was rushed. Mine you it was pricey I ended up paying 85 for both dip and pedicure and was sorely dissatisfied and disappointed. Needless to say never again.

Not only was this the MOST EXPENSIVE manicure and pedicure Ive EVER had, but it was also by far the WORST!! My nails were filed totally uneven and in odd shapes, and the nail polish was peeling off the next day! My pedicures always last two weeks, but this one didnt even make it to one. also, it was uncomfortably warm in there. Not sure if the a.c. was broken, but i was very hot. I will never go back there even if I was offered a free do over.

I wish i could give no stars! So disappointed! Got SNS powder nails, started chipping after 3 days, all 10 nails had chipped after 6 days. Went in and the ladies were VERY RUDE, said they will fix if I pay for it at half price even though I already paid $55!! Damaged my nails, did not apologize and yelled at me when trying to ask for either a refund or for them to fix the bad job. Will never go again worst service in the USA!!!!! What’s worse, they charged my card $45 the next day without t authorization and will NOT refund bc they think I’m a tourist I guess? So not ok!!!

It was the worst nail service that I ever had in my life. Not only because they are very rude, but I have my cuticule and my skin sore in several fingers. DO NOT spend your money and your time.
