Amazing!!! I looked this place up here and the reviews were mixed.. couldn’t be more wrong, this place is top of the line. From the greeting at the door to the price menu... once you enter the place is gorgeously decorated! Makes you feel very chic! Great selection of colors and quick service. Ben was fantastic and suggested the best service for me. I finally found my nail place!! Price is very fair and quality is superb.

I went here when they first open, well I regretted going back a few days ago. Firstly the person doing my nails criticized the way it was done by my person in NJ. It was a while since I had my tips refill & only because I travel internationally for work. She criticized, jumped out of her chair several times to show me how much dust was being created fromm her filing my gel down, continuously made comments about she would have to be there all night & made jokes in her language (some of which I understood ) while the woman sitting in the chair next to her kept looking at me & laughing. They switched off & my person went to do someone else foot while a guy took over. I was already distraught as it is. I should have just left. They were RUDE, RUDE, RUDE.She did about 6 coats on my right hand, alternating to different SNS colors. He took over & did about 4. I tried telling him the way she did it but it was useless. She was sure to charge me extra though. I wanted my nails square at the top, no such luck. Neither of them got it. She started & he finished off some kind of rounded shape, Ive never had in my life. The nail look like tips, nt a seamless smooth finish. Today a few days later, one of my nails is already separating from the gel. She was crast & annoying & was sure to ask me for a tip for herself & the guy who finished my nails. I am livid. I hate them (my nails that is) I will never go back there. In less than one week the gel is breaking off (by November 6th, 2019). And to think this woman made such a scene about how my last person did my nails. I can assure everyone the gel has NEVER cracked off my nails. Save your money & the trauma of russian roulette in case you end up with a fiasco like mine. The owner of this place should be very careful as these negative reviews spread. My people in NY do a much better job & I will stick with them. By the way, I live right around the corner from this place & my work is based in NY. Ill wait next time. Absolutely a shame. I had high hopes for this place when it first opened. it was classy & respectful Not at all anymore. Never again.

Please avoid this salon at all costs. I had a pedicure done and it was absolutely terrible. I paid extra for the next pedicure up from the basic which was supposed to include a “foot & leg massage” which involved the “therapist” rubbing my leg up & down pathetically for 30 seconds. She also made both my nails bleed (please see picture) I actually think the tools weren’t 100% clean because my toe looks like it’s close to having an infection. The buffer was terrible, still had dry skin all over my feet. The nail polish application was terrible & chipped about a day or so after it was applied. Honestly, I am not exaggerating when I say it was the worst pedicure I’ve EVER had. Please save your money - go to CVS just next door & get your own Essie polish for $10 and buffer for $3! If there is a trading standards in the states this is the place this salon needs to be reported to.

The worst place ever, it looks like a fancy shmancy place, I did gel manicure and a pedicure, my gel manicure was lasting for 3 days before it’s start to peel, the pedicure foot massage is far from what they described it in the menu.HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!And they charge few bucks more than others but only few $$$The only things I liked about this place is the location and the look, the place look beautiful and they have a huge selection of colors, but it doesn’t stay on my nails, I guess the quality is not the best

I am not from Florida, but I chose this place the day before my wedding for a manicure and pedicure. It seemed very clean, and the staff was pleasant. Grace did both my manicure and pedicure. I was very impressed and pleased with the results. One of the best salon experiences that I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow, so I decided to try this place out as it opened in my neighborhood and would be convenient for me. I brought my own foot file as I usually do to ensure cleanliness as foot files are basically impossible to fully disinfect. The manager said he was going to charge me $5 to use my own foot file- what? I know when I’m being ripped off so I left and definitely not going back. With that type of attitude they won’t last a year.

I live in Aventura area for many years, and this is on the BEST Nail Salons my wife I have visited. We loved the service, the atmosphere, and the prices are very decent. We use to go to one of the nail salons in Sunny Isles Beach, the service and the prices not even close to compare. This place is much more affordable. We definitely will be their clients for a long time. Thank you!!

Salon and person who did my nails were nice, but two nails chipped two days after doing them that I had to go back! It’s only been 5 days and another nail chipped completely and my manicure seems like it is from 3 weeks ago! Save your $$$ don’t go here nor spend on a gel manicure

I made my eyebrow yesterday with Ana, and she burned me. I ask her for a simple eyebrow cleansing and she was rude and asked me to close my eyes. I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

Awful experience similar to some of the past reviews. One star is not even warranted...they deserve a zero. My skin was cut and then developed an infection. I was bleeding in at least 2 toes on both feet. The pedicure itself was unacceptable and when I called to speak to the manager, they refused to refund and only said to bring my doctors invoice and they would deal with their insurance. Avoid this salon at all costs and you will save yourself the disappointment.

Really beautiful decor in a new plaza and everything inside is brand newv. Very nice staff as well! I got a sparkling nail effect w glitter on some nails that I hadnt seen before (I believe they said it was new)

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had EVER. I regret giving them any of my time and money and don’t know why I went to a different place than my norm. I called to make an appointment for a dip manicure, very clearly on the phone. Once I walk in to my appointment 5 minutes early, I’m told I would be charged $10 extra for cutting cuticles, which was annoying to hear considering I already was told the total for my appointment. I chose to bypass cuticle cutting and decided to get tips. I asked in advance the cost, $5 I was told, great. My manicure began 10 minutes late and the tech had glued and cut the tips to my liking, ballerina shape. When the tech needed to then file them, I’m told it would be another $5 for the shape. In all my years getting nails done, over 10, I have NEVER heard of an additional charge for ONLY the shape when I’m already paying for the tips. Mind you, I’ve had no problem paying extra for nail art, holograph finish, etc in the past but it’s now twice I’m told an additional cost after the fact. Not to mention, I basically had no choice for the additional $5 once the tips were glued already and it would take additional time to soak off if I chose to do so. On top of it all, the tech finished my dip powder with a gel top coat which defeats the purpose since I do dip to avoid UV light, and then writes and additional $5 claiming to have been a mistake. When I was explaining this to the woman who took my payment who was “sorry” for my initial experience, she had no problem blatantly trying to cut me off with my concerns by interrupting me with thank you’s three times. Now as I write this at home, the cherry on top, I notice 3 nails aren’t filed evenly like the rest. This place is the definition of poor customer service and charges anything and everything as an additional service by surprise. What a joke. Do not go. Not worth it in any way. I wouldn’t even be surprised if the owner would care less for my review.

Wonderful! This is the first I give a business a Five Star rating! I had a manicure and a pedicure at the same time by two professionals. I felt pampered!! It was done well and fast. I will be back!

Great location.The decor is beautiful and the place is very clean. Everyone that works here seems very nice as well. I came here for a second time after the opening because it’s convenient.I decided to get the, ”Noire spa pedicure” once again, which is supposed to include a lower leg and foot massage. What I got was a scrub lathered on my leg and hot towels . For that I could lather lotion on my own lower leg and call it a day. My foot was not massaged at all. The manicure I got said it includes lotion massage and hot towel. I did not get lotion put on my dry hands and I did not receive a hot towel as described. All I wanted was a quick foot and lower leg massage that I paid for,that I did not receive. I did not want to write a bad review, but I felt cheated. Especially when all I wanted was to treat myself after a long week. I will be returning just because it’s convenient, but I will stick to just a classic pedi and no mani.

The place was beautiful clean and my nail Tech was extremely nice and service oriented. Unfortunately her mani nd Pedi were plain BAD.Her work just was very very poor.

I am giving a 1 star review because Google doesnt allow me to give a 0. This has been the worst gel mani/pedi service Ive ever had. Not only they kept switching the person who was providing the service (3 people in total), the nails werent filed properly, the cuticle was not removed and the sole of my foot wasnt taken care of. I knew that I would have to go someplace else very soon. The worst part was that when I got home and showered, all the gel color of my toes peeled off!!!

While this place is undoubtedly beautiful, the product was less than subpar-- especially in comparison to what you expect youre getting. I got a gel manicure and normal pedicure with their opening discount, but had there not been a discount I probably would have fought to get my money back. Gel polish is supposed to last 2 weeks, or at LEAST one-- but in LESS THAN ONE WEEK the polish was chipping from the edges and the quality seemed like normal nail polish. I didnt pay extra to have my nails last less than a normal manicure! Will probably not go back, and also do not recommend to a friend. Attached is a picture of my nails just 5 days after receiving the gel mani.
