Premium Siding and Painting just completed residing and painting my duplex, along with installing new fascia. After getting two other bids, theirs was the most competitive. I liked that Joe was professional, wasnt pushy and gave me a fair estimate of the work. When his quote left out some detail, he apologized and asked me if I was okay with the higher cost to cover what I felt needed to be completed. The painters led by Miguel did a great job matching the color on my brick and came back to paint the trim around my garage door the blue color to match my front doors. I would not hesitate to use them again. If I could show a before picture especially of the chimney, youd see a big difference.

I found out about Premium Siding & Paint from Angie’s List. I spoke to Jennifer who asked some questions and then set up an appointment to have Joe do an inspection and give me an estimate. They had excellent customer reviews and I asked them to bid on replacing rotted and damaged T-111 siding on my 37 year old house. Jennifer is very professional.Joe arrived right on time and did a detailed inspection. He talked about what types of things they could do and answered all of my questions. He appeared to be very knowledgeable. Within a couple of days he provided a detailed proposal with Premium Siding & Paints scope of work. I had also asked Joe to provide me a quote for replacing 8 single pain windows with newer more efficient windows. PSPs price was very competitive vs. big box and another contractor from whom I had also received quotes. I preferred to give PSP my business due to price and them being local and so responsive.It is impossible to see the structure of your home until you rip the old & rotted wood from the house. Salomon and his crew did a very thorough inspection and discovered some rotted 2 x 4s in several locations. There was damage from a previous contractor whod improperly installed metal flashing around my chimney. These guys are skilled and very proficient. These carpenters went above and beyond and demonstrated why they are the secret weapon if you need to repair your home. They worked very hard for 3 days to: remove siding from 3 sides of my house, repair the rotted wood, rebuild my chimney, install OSB sheathing, install 8 windows, install 8 lapboard James Hardie Siding and finally replace rough cedar over my garage to match the original design of my house.These men were meticulously clean and left my property with all trash cleaned each day and material stowed and ready for the next day. When their portion of my job was complete, they hauled away all remaining material and cleaned up all areas as if they had never been there.The paint crew came in and Miguel, Joel and Jose did an excellent job of preparing the new construction for painting. They were also meticulously clean and the 3 of them were either spraying, painting trim or cleaning up. This is also a very professional and efficient paint crew. It takes skill to spray paint and have it look great while not making a huge mess. This part of the job was done in 2 1/2 days. Miguel told me he has worked with PSP for over 6 years and he and his team clearly know what they are doing. They made my home look brand new and I am so happy with the results. I needed to replace the siding on a rotting gable, siding under windows, trim & fascia. Premium Siding & Painting provided a competitive bid with a clearly stated proposal. All my questions were answered in advance. Hardie plank or trim was used. Once old siding was removed, additional problems were uncovered. Options and costs were promptly discussed with me. Everyone involved was considerate and polite. The completed work is excellent! The exterior of my house is in the best condition since it was built (in 1978). From the carpentry to the painting, the crews were meticulous. Even the cleanup exceeded my expectations. Great job!

This company is outstanding in many ways. We are building a new house and we did Board and Batten siding on very large walls. The lines are straight and equal. Their work is not only beautiful, they communicate well and respond quickly. After getting three bids, their bid was extremely competitive. Frank was careful to explain the process in detail and why things need to be done a certain way to get the best result possible. Since our builder disappeared, we have had to take up the project and Frank has been very helpful in a myriad of ways through education and counsel in the building trades. Premium Siding uses quality products and they have an excellent warranty (although I sincerely doubt we will need it). This company is proof that you can have quality at a fair price.

I compared PSP with 2 other local companies and throughout the initial interaction I found them (Joe) to be the most patient, easy and thorough communication, and professional.I hired PSP to replace the existing siding with new siding as well as the painting. The siding crew (Salomon) was great to work with. Salomon spoke near-fluent English and was able to explain the process to me in a way I could understand but also his crew of guys did a clean and thorough job. I had 2 doors I requested to install as well and they got it taken care of no problem.The painting came out great and it was really quick.On the administrative and PM side, Joe and Jennifer were prompt in their responses and very professional. I really have no complaints, it was one of the best experiences Ive had working with a contractor in Austin. Highly recommend.

They asked me to write a review but honestly, I would have given them one anyway. We got a few quotes for residing and painting a rental home and they were the least expensive but the quality, speed, and communication was top notch. Everyone we dealt with, from the person who came to do the estimate to Jennifer in the office, to the folks who actually did the installation and painting - was awesome and super professional. PSP replaced the siding and repainted my entire house in 2019. (was a great job). During the 2021 freeze, I had pipes break in my kitchen, requiring that the siding be removed and replaced. It was a small job, (one panel) but they were out the next day to do the rip out, and came back within two days of the plumber finishing his work to replace. The price was fair, service great, and excellent quality.

Frank and his teams did an absolutely amazing job. We told them we wanted exactly what was original to the house, just updated and new (this was due to a picky HOA requirement). Even though horizontal Hardie plank siding is the norm these days, they got us the extended vertical Hardie boards we needed. His crews worked really hard to make sure we were happy and were very pleasant to have around for the days they were here! The painters took extra care to make sure every surface was touched up, even little places I hadnt thought of such as dryer vents on parts of our house that were covered with stone and hadnt been touched by the siding install guys. Everything looks brand new and we can already feel a difference in temperature in the home, something I am really looking forward to for winter. You can see in the photo how dirty, warped, and damaged our siding had been and how beautiful the replacement is now. I would highly recommend this company as they will give you the best price, work very hard to make sure your every need is met, and leave you with a brand new looking home!

I went with PSP for a small siding repair job. The work was excellent, and executed quickly. One thing I liked especially though was how responsive the company was during the quoting period, and how detailed the quote was.I tend to ask for several different quotes to get an idea of cost for different project scopes (just repair, replace all siding, replace all and paint new color, etc). PSP responded with detailed quotes of every situation I asked for. Not many companies have done that for me (across all areas, not just painting/siding)

I cannot speak highly enough of Premium Siding and Paint. We used them recently for some pretty extensive exterior work which included Window replacement with top-of-the-line Pella fiberglass windows, siding replacement, paint, gutters and stone work. We changed the size of many of our windows, so there was extensive framing and drywall repair that had to be done as well. Every crew that came in did amazing work and was easy to communicate with. Frank is a man of integrity, which is so hard to find these days. Hes not looking to get rich on one project, like so many are, so his prices are competitive. But moreover, the work that is done is top-notch. I will ALWAYS come back to Frank when I need work done, even if its for a referral if he does not do a particular type of work himself. We hired PSP to re-do our siding and paint our house. It was a big job that took over a week. Im very happy with our decision to go with them. We had all the wood siding in our 1953 ranch home removed and replaced with Hardie plank, then painted. We couldnt be more pleased with the final result! PSP worked quickly and efficiently, taking pains to clean up every day before the crews left. They went above and beyond to do a thorough and quality job. The ONLY thing that could have been better is if the landscaping that abuts the foundation hadnt gotten a bit trampled, but it was to be expected with the type and extent of the work we had done. Our home was built in the mid-seventies and has had few exterior updates since then. I got a couple of quotes for siding and painting, and Premium Siding and Painting were about $3k less than the others and have been doing a superb job. They were able to get a crew out here quickly to replace our very old siding and were done in under 2 days. Then they got painters out here within a week who did quick work to make sure the project kept moving forward. Everyone that has worked on the house has been professional. Their office person, Jen, has been extremely communicative and answered all the questions I have and helped walk me through their processes. All around I couldnt imagine better service.

We contracted PSP to paint the entire exterior of our home ... including a 2 story deck with all wood railing and deck surface finishing. They had just painted my son’s house and he recommended them highly. We were not disappointed. The project scope review visit and proposal process was clear and complete. The on-site painters arrived on time each day and kept us to speed on progress throughout the day. They addressed any questions or alternative approaches/workarounds needed efficiently. They picked up daily and cleaned things up very well at the end of the job.And, as expected, the quality of their work was very good! They power washed all painted surfaces, caulked joints where needed, scraped old flaking paint down and double coated all painted surfaces.We will use them again!

I wish I could say I went with Premium as my first choice. They were the lowest bid by a substantial margin, but for some unexplainable reason, I chose a different contractor who delayed and delayed my project. When I came to my senses, I called premium to complete the work. It was done fast, professionally, and most importantly the work was very well done. The siding and gutters they replaced made our house look incredible.

We contracted Premier Siding & Painting to replace some old hardboard siding on our home with 1/2 OSB, Tyvek, and Hardie Board siding.When the materials were delivered, I noticed that the OSB was 7/16 and not 1/2. I contacted their office and got quite a bit of push-back ... the said 7/16 OSB is actually 1/2. Um, no. Their argument was that even a 2x4 isnt actually 2 x 4. Yeah, I know that. A 2x4 is actually 1-1/2 x 3-1/2. But, when you need a 2x4, you dont walk into a lumberyard and ask for a 1-1/2 x 3-1/2. Rather, you ask for a 2x4. If you ask for a 2x4, you get a 2x4. Case closed. It was a very weak argument. They finally came clean and said they could not find any 1/2 OSB. Well, ok ... then why not just say that up front for gosh sakes! Anyway, they finally gave me the option of waiting until 1/2 OSB could be found or substituting 5/8 OSB, which is what I chose. So, after a rough start, they made-it-right ... and that is ultimately what matters. Problems will most likely always arise in any large project ... but what matters is how an organization responds to the problem. If they would have forced me into the 7/16 OSB, this would be a very different review.The crew that they sent to remove the existing siding and install the new materials was fantastic. They did quality work, paid attention to details, and kept the workspace clean and tidy. I grilled them up a steak lunch one day in appreciation for their good work. All three were very hard workers. At the end of their end of the project, they checked in with me to ensure I was satisfied and cleaned up.Thats where we are at the moment. The paint crew is due tomorrow and I am hoping the crew will be as good.Id recommend Premier Siding & Painting.

We are really impressed with the entire PSP team from the initial inquiry with Frank to the bidding and project coordination with Joe, the scheduling and billing with Jennifer and most of all the amazing, fast, beautiful work Salomon and his crew completed on our house. I had 4 different companies coming out to give me a quote/estimate. A couple sent out salesmen that clearly have never done a siding or painting job in their life, Premium sent of Frank and he was totally different. About 3 years ago, I did a complete renovation of my house, inside and out. It was a massive project that required several contractors. Recently we had new siding, paint and windows installed on our 2-3 story home. I knew it was going to be a very challenging job and I did months of research. Let me save you the trouble - I cannot say enough positive things about Efrain and the entire PSP crew. Efrain had endless patience with me and my questions; he never pressured me into making a decision. Instead he gave me options and his honest opinion and all the time I needed to make an informed decision. In the end, we are completely pleased with all of the work. Last summer, after contacting at least 10 companies about installing new siding on my home, I contacted PSP, after reading all the stellar reviews about them online. Frank came out to give me an estimate, and he took the time to thoroughly explain the process they would be using, answer all my questions, and gave me a very fair estimate. The crews he sent to install the siding were fast, efficient, and respectful. They cleaned up the yard each afternoon before leaving. The crew leader, Joe, communicated with me daily about what they would be doing. He checked the work, and made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. Besides the siding, they also installed a new glass storm door for me. (They are a family operated business, so many of the crew members have worked for PSP for many years.) When I needed to talk to their office manager, Karina, I was also very impressed. She made sure that any messages I had for Frank or Joe were received, kept track of all the paperwork, and was extremely pleasant to deal with. The paint job was very well done, and the finished result on my home is amazing, and much more beautiful than I expected it to be! I highly recommend PSP for siding replacement!

I used Premium Siding and Paint to remove the old wood siding from my home and put up hardie board siding and paint the exterior. First of all, RJ is a real pleasure to talk to. Super friendly and accommodating. He gave me a good price and the quality of work his crew did was amazing. I was not in town to see the work being done as it was in progress. The evening I came home and saw the completed work I was so amazed. It was exactly what I wanted and it was impeccably done. In fact, as I drove up, 2 of my neighbors were in front of the house pointing and marveling at what an amazing job they had done. Very responsive and extremely good work

I really cant say enough good things about RJ and his crew. Our house was desperately in need of being completely resided. It was a big job but we were obviously on a budget. The bid came in right where we needed it to be ( and well underneath our other bid). We had three layers of siding removed, new studs added where termites had gotten to them, insulation added, OSB added, a couple new windows installed and Hardi-board siding installed and painted. The difference is absolutely incredible. The house was absolutely transformed. The crew kept the area clean and was exceptionally friendly. They worked hard and had the work done in about a week, which is crazy considering how much had to be done. I would recommend them to anyone. We couldnt be happier with the job they did!

Getting to know R.J. Mac Nabb & going through his estimation process, and the excellent reviews were the main reasons we decided in May 2017 to use Premium Siding & Painting (PSP) to replace the siding & paint our house. The crew also made several repairs and tore down an old patio cover. The quality of the work was outstanding. We will have a new patio cover built and will most likely use PSP to do the work. I could not be more happy with R.J., Lee & Joe and their crews, Frank the owner and Karina the Manager.Later, in Dec. 2017 & due to the high-quality of work on our house in May, we hired PSP (Frank & his crew) to construct a new patio.
