Alpha Glass tackled an incredibly complex project involving mirrors with many angles and heights. Their measurements were thorough and fit in the spaces perfectly! The installers went above and beyond to make this project perfect and took well deserved pride in the quality of their work. The managers in the store were very attentive and regularly kept me up to date on the status of my order.Everyone was a pleasure to work with and their pricing was very fair!

We have had an absolutely terrible experience with Alpha Glass Company. We placed an order for large commercial project. They came out, priced it, and actually returned several times to the job site for field measurements. They had been in close contact with us for several months. Now two months prior to the job beginning, they have ghosted us. Avoided phone calls, not responded to voicemails, answered the phone and would give us excuses like he just stepped out or hes out to lunch.After we started seeing red flags daily as the project is coming up against time to execute, weve been bombarding them with calls daily getting nowhere. Finally we received a random email stating Unfortunately we cannot continue with this project, and since theres no contract theres nothing further needed here, and only respond via emails.Ive never dealt with such an incredibly unprofessional organization that led us on to the very last minute like this one. If you have a sizeable job, DO NOT risk performance of your work by teaming up with this Company. Someone who would put you in such a precarious position such as what theyve done here, does not deserve to get any serious jobs.
