Y Waste is closed and the building is now owned by Precision Signs. The previous owner was amazing though!

Trash service every other week and it is reasonably priced. The drivers that service my city go above and beyond and will grab my trash if I forget. I just used a 20yard dumpster for a roofing job and the price was better than everyone else. The office staff resolved a slight error with no hesitation. They have earned my continued business. Thank you for your excellent service.

I have been out and talked to driver a bunch of times on slowing down. He drives way to fast down the road we have little kids.They dont care.

We have a commercial dumpster at our Farm which is supposed to be picked up every other week. We are on week 3 without a pick up. They are going to try picking up next week. Y Waste claims they arent servicing us because its too wet to drive into our farm yard. Thats really funny because last week it was hot and dry. My dumpster is now overflowing and I have trash building up in my yard. This is not the first time we have complained about no service. We switched from Waste Management to Y Waste because of recommendations from friends and more reasonable pricing. The funny thing is Waste Management NEVER had problems picking up at our property. Maybe you do get what you pay for?

Never had an issue. They even replaced my garbage can free of charge when I damaged it myself! Just put the bill on autopay and take the garbage out when youre supposed to and you wont have any problems!

The last two weeks their garbage truck has dropped about a 1/2+ shovel full of wet rotting garbage and broken glass in front of our home.This also happened to my neighbor. After several contacts by phone and in person, the office people said the truck has a hole in the bottom, but they cant take it out of service. They also refused to clean up their messes-instead relying on the rain to wash it down our sewers.For that reason, I hope to switch to a service that is more eco friendly. Tom

Customer service sucks! They need to learn how to talk to people and stick to there word. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Building is off theyre not trustworthy in the billing department and I asked 3 times for them to explained why it cost what it cost they themselves were confused and unplesent on the phone
