Ive had Humpback come out a few times for various jobs, from hauling away a deck I ripped up to general junk one generates during a big move. Every time they have been quick and pleasant to work with. One time they even offered to help me move some outdoor furniture into place because they saw me doing so while they were clearing out junk! I dont remember their names, but everyone was very clear that I would pay based on how much space my junk took up in their truck and that a visual estimate may be off and need to be adjusted for reality. Ill definitely use their services again when I have enough stuff unpacked to warrant a pile of junk needing to be rid of!

I needed a number of items/rubbish from my new house hauled to the dump. Called around and Humpback was easily the most professional sounding over the phone vs. the other junk removal companies I called. They showed up during the scheduled time frame and hauled off the items I needed removed. Much easier than renting a roll off dumpster.

I had a very positive experience with Humpback Junk Removal. I called them in the morning and they were able to come out that same day in the afternoon to give me an on-site estimate and remove my junk. The cubic yard estimate and pricing was pretty accurate to what they show on their website via the estimate how much junk you have feature, so we werent surprised by the cost at all. I felt no pressure to upsell nor did I feel like they were upping prices on-site. Guys were very nice and even respected keeping our gates closed to keep the dogs in the yard while they loaded the junk. I would highly recommend Humpback Junk Removal - we were able to get same day service without an escalated rate (like other companies might charge). I will work with them again in the future if I have junk removal needs. Easier and cheaper than renting my own trailer and paying a dump to take my refuse.

Recent;y needed some junk taken away and was feeling too lazy to load up the car and do it myself. Called these guys up, got a fair price and they showed up(on time mind you!) the next day loaded up the stuff and delivered it to their new home (goodwill)

Arrived in a timely fashion, initial quote was spot on with final bill. Didn’t require any help, just pointed them to what I needed gone and it was gone. Thanks for being professional.

Got it done (in the time window) and didnt even wake the sleeping baby! Jimmy and Brandon removed our old couch quickly and quietly all while being courteous- you cant ask for much more than that!

I called them on a Monday and they came by house on Tuesday morning to haul off an old couch and some building materials. It was quick and easy.

Awful experience. I purchased a LivingSocial deal. Their driver was super, super aggressive, wouldnt honor the voucher amount and became angry when I wouldnt bite on his up-sell. Scary aggressive. I put in a call to Humpback Junk and theyve not responded. I will definitely not use them in the future, or their sister company. Thank goodness LivingSocial is easy to work with.

On the phone with Living Social as I write this. Humpback and their four cubic yards of junk removal for $89 is a TOTAL SCAM. These pieces of garbage showed up at my house to remove junk I had all piled from getting my house ready to sell. Nothing out of the oridinary, nothing that doesnt qualify for removal as per their ad or the fine print. The size of the area I had piled the junk was less that 4 cubic yards. Their TRUCK wasnt big enough to hold 4 cubic yards. Yet they charged me $292 total AFTER they loaded the junk. If Living Social doesnt resolve this immediately, I will be contacting the TX State Attorney Generals office and BBB. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Living Social should cancel their association with this company immediately for unethical, illegal practices and refund every single person who purchased this service.

Do not use this service total scammers they came out look at the trash, said $256 we said okay start working after they got about a quarter of the truck loaded they come back and say its going to be 1500 cuz I didnt realize there was that much trash .grease balls, liars, predators

Ive used them before and it was a five star experience, but trying to set an appointment through their website is a VERY BAD IDEA. If you are going to use them, call instead.
