Captain Hook was incredibly easy to work with. Scheduled a dumpster a couple of days out and was even able to request a morning/afternoon drop off and pickup. They answered all my questions and suggested the appropriate dumpster for our project. We highly recommend them!

Francis was very friendly and patient in answering my 500 questions about renting a dumpster: size, limitations, delivers, etc. I am so glad I took his advice about the size to rent. Communication about when the dumpster would be picked up and delivered was concise. I had called 4-5 other places, and Captain Hook had the best price. I was nervous about renting a dumpster beforehand, Francis put me at ease. The staff person - sorry, cant recall name, who delivered the dumpster was phenomenal with backing up! I wish I was 1/2 has talented as the driver. WE had a small camper parked in the driveway- there was no need to move it - that is how skillful the deliver driver is/was. If I ever need a dumpster, I will call Captain Hook first. you wont be disappointed.

Our landscape construction firm only uses Captain Hook for our dumpsters. They always deliver and pick up on time and are happy to reschedule when necessary. Their drivers are careful and skilled. No scraped driveways, no dented garage doors. We tried 2 or three other firms before Captian Hook and they are head and shoulders better. I was trying another national company that shall remain nameless. So many emails and finding a rep in Austin. So much trouble. Yall are fast and friendly and local to Austin. Not the cheapest, but I will pay for good service over price any day. Dropoff was same-day if I called before noon, and pickup, same deal.

He was also very flexible when we changed our pick up date and had it picked up that same day. I never had any trouble reaching anyone by phone. These guys are the best!!!!! We have had a fantastic customer service experience with Francis and the guys at Captain Hook. We had a sticky situation with our dumpster and a 3rd party, and Francis went above and beyond to turn a negative into a positive. All I can say is that these guys have revived old school customer service and it is refreshing. I also want to give credit to the drivers as well. All of them were courteous, upbeat and what we perceived as very efficient. I have never seen gigantic dumpsters moved around and shuffled with such grace :)

Highly recommend Captain Hook! We ordered dumpsters from them four times, often with not a long lead time. Super responsive, super reliable, parked dumpster exactly where we wanted and no damage to driveway/yard. Big swinging doors on side of dumpster made it possible to fill them full with ease. Prices were very reasonable and billing process was easy and smooth. We never had to worry if they would show up and they were monumental in helping us cleaning out my dads hoarder house! They are punctual and drop the dumpster off in your driveway (you have a 2-hour window) - you fill it up, and they come pick it up the same day! Perfect service! Exceptional customer service is SO hard to find these days, and when you do find it with a company you stick with them. This is how I feel about Captain Hook - I have no need to try another dumpster co. They always answer the phone, can always deliver and pick up promptly, their pricing is competitive, and they go out of their way to help. Recently I accidentally left a lockbox attached to a dumpster that they picked up, and I called expecting a wild goose chase to track it down. Francis himself offered to track it down and deliver it back to my property. I was stunned and so impressed. Highly recommend.

We have used many different dumpster suppliers before finding Captain Hook. We run a tight ship, and communication and prompt service are of utmost importance for us. We required two simple things. 1. Deliver or Pick up when you say you gonna deliver or pick up. 2. Call ahead so we can make sure the area is clear and our crew is ready for the dumpster. We went through 3 different companies, large and small, all of them consistently delayed without a notice, and seldom called before delivery. We have been working with Captain Hook for a few years now, and they are very consistent in their service. Problems with billing are very seldom, and are discovered and resolved quickly. Drivers are friendly and professional. Dispatch is good at communication and stand behind their word.5/5 Experience for any construction contractors that value their and their clients time!

They have absolutely impressed me with their responsive, courteous, and best of all fair pricing. I wish I would have started our new home construction with them, but I know who to recommend.We used Captain Hook again and got into a bind for a needed pickup on Sunday. They ended up bending over backwards to make it happen and were very patient on what ended up being an over sized load.
