I have lived in my new apartment for the past month and during that time theyve only picked up my trash once or twice. I have reported their negligence to my apartment managers office multiple times and yet they still do not pick up my trash.

These guys have been great! I always seem to run into the guys picking up the trash at my apartments and they always seem friendly. My trash is always picked up when its supposed to be and I find that I really like having the service.

My complex switched back to them after trying another valet service and I’ve never had any complaints other than sometimes they are a little too timely and if I forget to put my trash out right on time I’ll miss the pick up window
