This is a very trustworthy and reputable company! They were quick to come out and check my pool for leaks and once found, offered to repair it quickly and for a very fair price. There was a small mistake made by the company and the owner Nick reached out to me directly and had it fixed at their cost. They could have very easily just made excuses or gave me a hard time. Nick was very friendly throughout and insisted on getting it right for me. Highly recommend this company for leak detection and repair!

For my pool leak I had already used some dye to see if any of my fittings/skimer were the source of the leak - but I had come up short. I knew I needed some professional help.Nick and team came highly recommended by my pool crew and a neighbour, but I did my dilligence and shopped around anyway. The Austin Leak Detection team were the most responsive and the most diligent. I had already performed the bucket test so knew I was losing >.5/day which is the threshold for them to come out.It was a couple of weeks before they could come out, but Forest and team were on time (texted me in advance), very polite and friendly. Within an hour they had checked all my lines, identified the leak and finished checking the other lines to confirm it was the only line leaking. They gave me a reasonable quote on the spot and offered to come back and fix it but also left it up to me if Id rather shop around. The quote was low enough that it made sense to have them complete the job.The actual repair involved breaking open a smallish 1-ft hold under my pool deck and digging down to expose the leaking pipe. It was quickly repaired and the entire system re-tested to make sure theres no further leaking. They patched it back up and matched the color/stones of my deck to make it less obvious theres been a repair. It looks as good as it could and I appreciate their efforts there as my pool deck is rather old and not in the best of shape to begin with.After they left I filled a bucket again, marked with a pencil inside the skimmer basket and after 3 days not a drop of difference. Time will tell, but they reminded me that the warranty their work for a year.All in all, a great outcome and I can highly recommend the team at Austin Leak Detection!

My pool was leaking water. I called and spoke with Nick. He was awesome. He suggested I send him some pictures and he was able to determine over the phone that the leak was coming from the spillway between the pool and the hot tub. He could have charged me come out but just helped over the phone at no cost. Thats the sign of an honest company! Super friendly and fast responses. Would recommend 100%

Had a leak in my foundation. Had a few other people try to diagnose with no luck. Tommy came out and spent almost 2 hours finding the leak. He did a fantastic job. They include a very detailed report. Should have started with Austin Leak Detection. I highly recommend them.

This company is FANTASTIC! Nick & Forest found our leak fairly quickly and demonstrated the test so that I could see it clearly for myself. They completed a temporary repair to stop the leak immediately, since we were going to need to drain the pool a little bit and dry it out for the full repair. Will came a few days later and did an amazing job on fixing the leak and cleaned up so well that you couldnt even tell he had been there. All three of the guys were super professional and extremely courteous. We will call them immediately when we have any other concerns.

Dont waste your time calling any other pool leak detection company. This is the company to use and Nick is the person to get the job done. Very professional. Reasonably priced.Highly recommended.

This company failed to show up on Monday, called to reschedule for noon on Friday, no showed a second time and stopped answering the phone after first call. I drove 2 hours round trip to meet them and am losing 1,000 gallons of water per day. This outfit is not useful for any kind of urgent situation.

These guys are hands down the best! While buying a home we needed some last minute help. They returned my phone call at 430 O A FRIDAY and showed up monday even EARLIER than planned. Thorough, helpful, honest, personable, and i can say i will def use their services again!
