Ive been using Tidal Pool Care for over a year. Never had any issues with my pool since they have started. They come and clean it each week and its always left looking spotless. Occasionally some of our equipment will break or malfunction but they are always on top of it making sure everything gets fixed right away. I Couldnt be more happy about the service I am getting.

I hired Tidal Pool Care and their services was not the best pool service out there. Very little communication from Travis with the work that need to be done with the pool. Felt like he just begun pool service. After unintentionally overpaying for services and several calls for a refund, he has disregarded my calls and me as a customer. Needless to say, Tidal Pool Care are no longer my pool services. I regret to have chosen Tidal Pool Care and do not recommend to anyone!

If you want someone who doesn’t bother to clean of check your pools chemistry use Tidal.I would strongly not recommend them.After each “cleaning”. I had to call and ask if they showed up. The pool was not clean.
