James Hermes at Austin Star Pool Service does a beautiful job of thoroughly cleaning and maintaining my pool. He is reliable, honest, hard working, and communicates with me about any pool issues and necessary repairs. In addition, James always closes the gates so my dogs don’t get out. Austin Star Pool Service has been maintaining my pool for years and I hope they will do it forever.

My pool man James was fabulous. I was tired of traveling to Austin to help my mom with her pool. Without hesitation, James stepped up and now I am worry free and can enjoy the pool anytime without fear of having to clean it when visiting. From normal routine service to getting pool start up from winter coverings, hes got us covered. This review doesnt do justice for how grateful my mom and I are.
