Didnt show up for the last treatment. My building manager hired them; they confirmed all treatment dates with her and said that I had to do a full prep (nothing in kitchen or bathroom cabinets) for each date because my unit was bad enough to warrant that many full cleanouts. All treatments went smoothly until the last one, when they never showed. This is AFTER I spent hours taking things out of my cabinets on Friday night, and then most of Saturday waiting around in my apartment for them to come. They did not communicate to either me or my building manager that they wouldnt be there. Then when my manager called them after the weekend to ask why they hadnt been there, instead of apologizing for not showing and for the lack of communication, they said that they wouldnt be treating any of our units for weeks because they heard that someone set off a roach bomb in one of them! This is an apartment complex with hundreds of units; I could understand them not treating that unit, or even the adjacent units, but my unit is nowhere near that one, and even if they were going to not treat any of the units, THEY STILL SHOULD HAVE GIVEN NOTICE RATHER THAN PULLING THEIR SERVICES WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION. Thats half a weekend I cant get back and my apartment still has roaches (and apparently will continue to have them until Absolute deigns to come back). The only reason they get two stars instead of one is because there has been somewhat of a drop in the number of roaches, plus most of the techs that do the actual pest control are really nice. Overall, Im not impressed.

David was a very good communicator with what he was seeing as well as how he would treat our ant issue. Even had the office call to set a follow up appointment. I feel like Absolute cares about their customers, and that is one of the reasons we have been with them for years.

Vincent went above and beyond throughout the duration of the raccoon removal. We had babies and a momma in the drywall. He was very meticulous in his approach. The 5 babies and momma were unscathed and we couldnt be happier. He was also training a greenie and was patient and explained everything in detail. Hats off to Absolute and Vincent for a GREAT job well done!!

We gave Absolute a call and they were out within a few days of setting up service, and had the best value (I called and got quotes from three other local providers).Our technician, Kenny, came out and was absolutely amazing - on time, professional, and so kind and informative (he was actually the first official guest in our home!). If you use this company as a business don’t do it! Whatever they spray does not work. The roaches become even more active after they leave and multiply. That’s even if the technician does their job, or show up.

This company is incredible. Very responsive and even communicated with me via text when I could speak on the phone. They were very persistent and worked on the problem until it was solved. Our technician Shawn did a great job at the Logans Mill. We were not informed of a appointment, I literally hopped out of the shower to answer the door and he came back to complete my room after other apartments so that the job was complete and we were satisfied. For Context: Absolute Pest Management is contracted with my Apartment Complex (in San Antonio) so I have no choice but to use them. Additionally, it appears that the agreement only allows for them to visit one day per week on Fridays only. The issue they were called to treat was BED BUGS.I am giving them 2 stars because the Field guy did show up promptly (from Austin to San Antonio) and was very helpful while onsite. A company can have great employees, and still be a terrible company.The -3 stars is because they would not agree to show up any time other than Friday, mandated that an inspection had to be done first which wasted a Friday visit and could have easily been done remotely with pictures I provided, and did not actually provide treatment until 2 weeks after the issue was first reported.Bed Bugs in multi-residential properties are an issue that are commonly regarded (by State Health regulation mind you) as requiring IMMEDIATE action to prevent them from spreading to other areas of the unit, as well as to other units within the building.I would not voluntarily use this company, nor would I recommend them to anyone I know since they do not appear to value the customers that are forced to use them.Edit: Owner is referring to Bed Bug Preparation Sheet & Checklist which I obtained the day I reported the issue, and which does not state anywhere that a copy must be provided prior to service. Only that all preparations must be completed by resident or be subject to a $75 Trip Charge. Owner does not reference the multiple attempts (phone/email) by Apartment Management to request expedited service, which was not accommodated by Absolute Pest Management.

Highly recommend Absolute Pest Management! We use them for our weekly management of all kinds of pests and we also use them for occasional cleanouts for bigger problems like roaches, bed bugs, and even mice. We always appreciate our technician Coreys quality and organization and friendliness!

He came in and inspected our home and found our pest issues immediately. He called his office and scheduled an appointment which was handled in a timely manner. Ive had a very tough bed bug problem. Enrique was very professional and helpful at every level. He patiently answered all questions from myself and the other residents of this building, even though they were not actual customers and answering made his day longer. He even turned down a $40 tip I offered him at the end of the day. I felt like I was dealing with Abraham Lincoln, or maybe Honest Enrique !! Lets pray that this treatment works.

Had two treatments done (both thermal and chemical) for a bed bug infestation in an apartment. We followed the instructions to a tee and they both failed. We were told it was our fault they kept coming back even though prevention of the bugs practically became a religion to us. The person who serviced our apartment was kind and empathetic but I dont believe their treatment is effective at all. I personally would not recommend this company.

We have been getting excellent service from them since we have had our cockroach problem. Ezra came by and helped us learn about what was causing our issues and what we could do to deal with it and what to look out for. Most people just spray and then leave, but he put in the effort to help us learn and be more prepared. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the pest control company that services our apartment complex. By the looks of the reviews they do a much better job of keeping residential home owners happy, not so much those of us who live in apartments. I have scheduled services 8 times... 8 times. 4 times a gentleman has showed up with a flashlight, looked around and said, Yeah there is problem. Clear out your kitchen and bathrooms and we will come out and treat it. No one has shown up to perform the actual service. I even had the district manager in my home after I complained enough and he did the same thing. Yes, you have a problem, now wait even longer. Here I sit waiting again. As the problem in my home worsens after over 6 weeks of waiting for a service Ive already paid to have performed. Its nearly 4pm on a Friday and I have little faith that someone will show up to do their job. Its absolutley disgraceful and dishonest to take the money of customers and not perform the service for which they have paid. If I could Id give them negative stars. I couldnt be more disgusted and any apology you want to post on here as a response so you can pretend to be a reputable company you can save unless youre going to cut me a check for time wasted, furniture, electronics, carpets ruined as well as pay for the service to be done correctly by another company that knows how to service ALL of its customers.

Over the last year we have had the Pleasure of having Albert as our pest control guy. Terrible, unfortunately you are the company that gives candy to all the roaches in my apartment and I have to pay an extra fee for that. The roaches actually become more active after your company comes. Too bad there isn’t a -1000 as a rating.

I was having problems with scorpions, and called Absolute Pest Management. They sent Doug out and he not only took care of the problem, but managed to make friends with my dogs! And, they dont like strangers at all, but they LOVE Doug. He is very good at what he does, and goes the extra mile to make sure I am safe from the pests that are out here in the country. I would most definitely recommend Absolute Pest Management for any pest problems you are having. And, if you get a chance, ask for Doug. He is on record as my favorite technician!

I used Absolute Pest Management a few weeks back for some pest issues I was having in my new home. I was highly impressed with the service they conducted and the education the service tech provided me. He even let me know some cheaper chemicals I could buy at Home Depot to help prevent the problem in the future. That highly impressed me. Also, because I was not fully moved into the new house, Absolute actually treated the outside and inside, but came back free of charge a week later, once I was fully moved in, just to go over. The week I moved into my new place, I thought Id made the biggest mistake of my life. Even before I moved in my furniture, I came across a colony of roly poly, cockroaches, weird flying insects and countless other bugs. Had a panic attack many times. I called around and decided on Absolute Pest Management because they could come out right away, they were affordable, and the staff seemed helpful and very understanding.After the first treatment, I felt much better. Since then, theyve come out three times and Ive only seen one or two bugs by the front door that are either dead or dying. So much happier and no more panic attacks. Also, I love the staff - super friendly!

I am upset with the service. They are constantly missing appointments and always have to call them back for services because we get repeat issues. There is a lot of disconnect in the office and un-organization. I feel that the quality of service has decreased because it seems they dont have enough people working there and have too much work to do.

The establishment at which I work (hospital type environment) was experiencing issues with bedbugs and decided thermal remediation to be the course of action. We contacted multiple companies for bids and decided to use Absolute Pest Management. When the Service manager Charles Partridge showed his appearance clean cut and attitude professional, upon inspection he recommend changes we make to the environment that would make the service much more effective. Charles Partridge and Mike Cassidy showed on the day of service 7 am, Mike was needed elsewhere and left shortly after setup he returned later that evening around 6pm. Due to the temperature dropping outside, the building made of concrete and brick was extremely hard to heat. But both employees of Absolute stayed well after 9pm ( thats a 14 hour stay on the jobsite) to make sure an effective and complete job was done. They could have easily shut down and returned at a later date and time, but they showed commitment to the customer and to the job by staying.We found one bedbug a week later, and understood that it was reintroduced into the environment not a residual from the service performed. Due to the sensitivity of the case Charles returned and performed a remediation treatment again even though it was not written into the contract.I would recommend Absolute Pest Management to family, friends and businesses I know, due to the level of commitment and professionalism! Thank You Absolute Pest Management!!!!!!

Charles has been our Pest Control Technician since we were built in 2013. He has been amazing since day 1. This guy will even turn around and come back if we have a resident call right after he has left the property.
