Several friends recommend X-Out to me when I moved into my new house after I complained about needed to spray wasp nests again and again under my covered patio. After a late night run in with a large cockroach in my bedroom, I submitted a request right away. Michael let me know how the treatment works on the fleas and how long to expect to see/feel relief.When the treatment was complete I was shocked...under an hour and he was finished! We don’t have carpet anywhere in the house so that accounts for some time, sure, but still!!!!Today is my day off, and the last thing I need is to spend all day trying to eradicate fleas on my own, just to find that I’m not actually qualified to take care of an infestation. Recently, our landlords roof got replaced, and we started seeing bugs in the house. Also, a scorpion got in our bed and stung my wife twice! After asking for recommendations from Nextdoor, several neighbors said to call X Out Pest. Ricky came out to do the spray. He was prompt, and let us know when he was on his way. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained that the spray they use outdoors is very powerful and time released. The indoor spray is potent, but completely pet, child and food friendly and is made from flowers. He uses it in his own home, even in the babys nursery. Ricky even sprayed some on his hand to reassure our visiting granddaughter that her luggage was safe! We are very glad to have used this company and would use them again.

Ive been using XOut for a couple months now, after spotting some baby roaches in my kitchen. Im impressed. Theyre cheerful, professional, clean and responsive. TBH, the problem is not yet fully resolved, but they warned me it could take some time. My biggest worry was that it not endanger my dogs, so if it takes a little longer to do it safely, Im totally satisfied.

Ricky is always awesome and you can see a sense of ownership in his work. I called him about a specific ant issue and he went above and beyond and took out some spider eggs too! Weve used X Out for a couple years now for quarterly pest control treatment and mosquitoes in the summer months. Theyve always been punctual and professional. Weve had a couple times where the mosquito treatments didnt seem to last as long due to rain, and they came out to retreat quickly without charging extra. We previously had an ant problem in our kitchen that two other pest control companies couldnt resolve. X Out had the issue fixed during the first visit, and weve never had an ant in the house since.

They’re nice. I’m from out of state and never had a need for pest control, so I’m not sure what is to be expected. They come quarterly and I still get bugs in my home. It’s not an excessive amount. Sometime they’re dead when I find them, and sometimes they’re not. I’m not impressed.

When I initially called “X Out” for a quote, I spoke with Megan who was super courteous and helpful. Megan was able get their wildlife expert Nathan to come out to my home and start taking care of the problem punctually. Ran into Ricky here at the store. I asked some questions about termites. He came out and did a free termite inspection. He was very kind and knowledgeable about my termite issues.

They stated they came out. I have cameras and they were mistaken and made excuses. Started out well but their service is now awful.
