I am a wedding planner and Premiere is my go-to for all of my events! They have beautiful products, an amazing showroom that really helps the couples decision making process easier, plus they have the best people working for them. I always know that I am in great hands and that if I ever need anything, they will be there with a super fast email response or a smile on their face. I primarily use the south location but their north location is just as great. If you need rentals, use Premiere!
I loved going through Premier Events for my wedding rentals! My family owns a wedding facility and we have worked with Dolores for many years now. The entire team at Premier has always done great work with our clients so I knew I wanted to use them as my rental vendor for my wedding. I worked primarily with Chandler in the South-Austin location and she was so wonderful!! Their prices are very reasonable and all the staff is very professional and responsive. I highly recommend them for your rentals and we at the Ruby Ranch Lodge will continue to recommend them to our future clients!I rented ceremony chairs, round tables, cocktail tables, chandeliers and a 40 x 80 tent which seated 220 guest and had two buffet lines very comfortably.
Premiere Events has almost too many items to choose from, who knew making these decisions would be so hard!The showroom is fun, clean and interactive where you can dress up the tables to help you realize your vision.I had a lot of revisions and Chandler was so incredibly kind, patient and helpful. Im happy I worked with them and am looking forward to their rentals on my wedding day.

Easy to work with - would use again! The pickup and dropoff fees are crazy high though. We picked up and dropped off ourselves to save money but would have preferred to pay a (lower) price to have it done.
Chandler helped me make an incredibly small, backyard wedding very, very special. Her assistance and courtesy went above and beyond. Kudos to the Premiere team.

Hands down one of the best companies to work with! They have such a large inventory selection and if there is something they do not have, they have ways to source and get for the event dates. They are friendly faces from the showroom sales teams, to warehouse crew to their delivery drivers. Always a phone call away for a quick emergency with events and my go to rental company! I have had several linen emergencies over the years with events and Premiere Events always comes through.
I love Premiere Events! Our event planning company has been working with them for about 8 years and we could not ask for better support in a rental company. The very first event I ever rented from them was when another local rental company failed to show up for an event, leaving our clients without a tent and all rentals for their wedding day. We called Premiere, explained the situation, and they were on site with a tent and all the needed rentals within 2 hours, totally saving the day! And our relationship with them has been great ever since. I can always count on them to go out of their way to make our events run smoothly. Kelly, our account rep, is so great! She is always on top of all of the emails I send to her, quickly responding to our questions and rental orders. Our company would not be the same without their partnership with us through the years!

Premiere Events seem to have everything! They were exactly what we needed for our Austin wedding. Coming from out of town, we needed quite a lot of items to fulfill our vision. Would highly recommend.
Premiere was so easy to work with, even when I added last minute heaters due to the weather. Always great to work with such an accommodating and customer service driven company!
The staff was helpful at first, but NO communication what’s so ever between them. We ordered 12 medium round trash cans and got 8 small and 5 big sized trash cans. They tried to give us all small rectangular trash cans because they couldn’t find enough round. When picking them up the staff member hand no paper work or record of our order. They looked very unorganized and we left unsatisfied.
I will NEVER rent from this company again. I contacted this company for linen rentals for my rehearsal dinner and charger plates for my wedding reception. When I first contacted the company about information, they told me if my order is over $300, that I would qualify for delivery which was great because the idea of one less errand sounded well worth the delivery fee. My rehearsal dinner was on April 21st and my wedding was on April 22. On April 19th I received an email from Amanda letting me know what time I could pick up my items. I responded back immediately reminding her I had wanted it delivered. She responded stating the total had to be $300 to qualify, well according to my invoice, my total was $339.55, so obviously I was confused why I didnt qualify and more importantly why she was just making me aware of this 2 days before my event. So thankfully my dad was able to rearrange his schedule and pick those items up for us on such sort notice. But that wasnt the biggest issue I had with Premier...When I returned the chargers and linens, I sat down and talked with the associate working at the Dripping Springs location that day and she located my file, pulled it out, looked it over and told me everything was taken care of, and I was good to go. ON JUNE 2ND (almost 6 WEEKS after my event!!!) I received an email from Amanda stating that she just realized I owed them more money? $169.77 to be exact. She continued to say that if I didnt call her to pay this, she was going to go ahead and charge it without my permission onto the card we previously used. As a business owner myself, this is absolutely unaccepable business practice! I own a property management company with over 100 rentals throughout the hill country and I am constantly in contact with brides and their families and they frequently ask for referrals and I would have loved nothing more than to promote a company I personally used and had a good experience with, but I absolutely cannot in good faith recommend this company to any of my brides! With all the vendors we used for our rehearsal dinner and wedding, this was the only one that we didnt have a good experience with, so disappointing.

Walked in on a Saturday and they seemed busy. All of the associates were seated, I assume with customers. We wandered around looking for 15-20 min. at what little they had to view, no one greeted us. We decided we should ask for help. A young woman reluctantly noticed our attempts to ask for assistance. She had no answers for our questions but rather scrawled down an email address and told us to contact him (the drapery guy). When we asked for ideas of pricing for simple pipe and drape she referred to the email address. We left feeling like we were more of a burden than a customer.
My go-to for rentals! Ive been renting tables and seating from them for the past several years during Holidays. Theyre reliable, easy to work with and always courteous.
