AMAZING PEOPLE!!! Micheal was the GOAT.We rented two buses for my brothers wedding yesterday and the vehicles themselves were very comfortable, clean, and had a great vibe. Beyond that though, the bus drivers were the best part.Being who I am, I left my phone on the bus on accident and one of the drivers (Michael) not only answered the lost phone call immediately, but he then proceeded to drive ALL the way back to where I was staying to give it back to me. He wasnt mad at all and was actually wicked nice about it which just warmed my heart. Especially since we had someone throw up all over the bus on the way back...I will definitely be using this service again in the future and if anyone is on the fence about using ninja buses, this is your sign to book it now.

Mike and his team made planning our good friends Bachelor Party weekend a great success. Our party stayed about 35 minutes outside of downtown Austin and without the help of Ninja Buses there was no way the weekend would have been as successful as it was. Ninja Buses helped build a perfect itinerary that included rides to and from the airport, Golf Courses, Lake Travis, Salt Lick and Downtown Austin. For our night out downtown, we left our driver (Mike) in full control of showing us the best of Austin and he did not let down! Mike brought us to all the great spots and had great local insight! Myself, and 30 other people took this bus to go float the river. I have no idea how Javier (our fantastic driver) managed to focus, as we were pumping bangers, but he drove well. He even stopped to let some of our weaker bladder members use the rest room. All in all 10/10.

We rented a few busses for my bachelor party weekend and had an absolute blast. They made everything so easy and not having to worry about Ubers was a life saver. The busses were clean and really cool. Party lights, good bluetooth connection and even nintendos and TVs although we didnt really use them. The Calypso bus was so cool and had an awesome vintage party vibe. They were always on time and flexible when we asked to modify our schedules a bit. Ive used party busses in other cities and these are definitely some of the higher quality and cooler busses Ive seen.

We recently used Ninja Buses to take us to a concert at COTA/Germania Insurance Amphitheater. What is normally a parking nightmare was rendered smooth by the driver of our van from Ninja Buses. They were punctual, professional, and willing to adapt to our scheduling needs. Ninja Buses knocked it out of the park. We booked this company for our graduation night. We had over 40 people waiting for this bus as we had just graduated and were looking forward to this. When it came time for the bus to come, we were told that they scheduled it incorrectly and that we would not be receiving a bus. The day before we had it scheduled, they told us they would see us tomorrow when in fact they scheduled it incorrectly. All they did to “remedy” the issue is send a small shuttle that didn’t even stay the full 4 hours we were supposed to have the bus for. When we told the driver about this he said it was not his issue and left us. They have also asked us to not leave bad reviews and to delete them after we’ve posted them. They ruined our graduation night and did little to nothing to make it better.

Sahara was absolutely amazing for our event, if it werent for her and ninja buses we wouldnt have had such a great night, by far the best decision ive made. Definitely recommend!!

Me and some friends booked them for our graduation night. We had 40+ people looking forward to riding the party bus to 6th. When the bus was supposed to come, they told us that they didn’t have a bus reserved for that night after we paid them all that money and even tipped them. They said they made a mistake and booked it for Sunday instead of Saturday. They didn’t do anything to fix the problem. They sent us a shuttle bus for an hour when we literally booked a party bus for 4 hours. They were extremely unprofessional. They didn’t do anything to ease the situation. They ruined our entire graduation night for us.

We took the Van Hool to Seismic for two days and rolled up to the festival like rock stars! We had about 18 people in our group, so it was much easier and way more fun renting a bus than getting a bunch of Uber’s. Michael was very kind, professional and accommodating. Day two of the festival was cancelled due to rain. He allowed us to move our reservation to day three with no penalty. We will definitely be using his company again!

This review comes LONG overdue! We booked with Michael for my bachelorette party for Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately, our plans for Saturday were abruptly cancelled on us completely short notice. We contacted Michael to see if we could switch nights (mind you it was Labor Day weekend) and he was EXTREMELY accommodating. He took us all around, explained the history of the John Denver bus (with passion) and was an AMAZING host. To top it all off I had a little too much fun and forgot my phone in the bus. The next day he personally went and got my phone from the bus AND dropped it off. Would recommend a million times over!

I have wanted to go river tubing in San Marcos for quite some time. I have lived in Austin for a couple of years now and have yet to do it. A good friend suggested Ninja Buses.It started with a shuttle picking my friend and I up at his apartment. The driver was real cool, cracking jokes, providing plenty of drinks and snacks in coolers around the shuttle. We rode with a bachelor party, they were real cool people!!After a short drive we ended up in San Marcos. We quickly made our way to the river. We were provided tubes, coolers, and believe it or not, plenty more drinks. I had an amazing time floating the river and hanging out with a cool bunch of people.Would definitely do it again soon!!!

So many great words to say about Ninja Buses. They picked up on time perfectly and even adjusted plans/times the same day. Pick up was on South Congress – they pulled up right across the street from where we met at South Congress Hotel. They had upgraded us to the “Van Hool” Ninja Bus and even offered to give us a little extra time at Jester King should we want it. They had multiple coolers on the bus and added an extra one for the additional product. They also helped us pack and unpack the bus. The drop off was on time and great!

It was fun, relaxing, and the best way to take in downtown during a very busy South by Southwest weekend. Literally a perfect day and the best way to spend an afternoon of a bachelor party. If I could give this company less stars I would! I booked a trip with them for my husbands surprise party March 21. Unfortunately, the distilleries we were supposed to visit were shut down due to Covid-19( a situation completely out of our control). The minute I found out, I reached out Michael “Stix”, the owner to let him know and to find out what we could do about the deposit I had already paid. I NEVER heard back from him despite the MULTIPLE attempts-calls, texts, emails. The day of the event I called yet again to ensure his bus would not be showing up to pick up our group as we were not there-still heard nothing. Low and behold, when I called and disputed my charge with the credit card company, he can answer his phone and discuss the situation with them. How unprofessional. I would gladly have figured out a situation for use in the future but not now. If you want to keep customers, or have repeat customers, you might want to check your customer service. I could understand if I just up and cancelled and wanted my money back, but the state literally shut down.

We were in Austin for my niece’s wedding on Saturday, 09-Sep-2017. My cousin(Sen) organized a “Ninja bus” a round trip travel from hotel to the wedding venue. Daryl the driver was extremely cordial. He arrived on time and was flexible during the entire trip. Daryl was so friendly and even let us play music on their fully loaded entertainment system the whole way. The wedding party had a blast and we all danced throughout our trip. We all would recommend anybody to use their service.
