Eventhough the app doesnt work perfectly (check off for mail picked up), the overall all experience and service is great. I have all my business mail and packages sent there and pick everything up whenever I desire (during business hours) for a reasonable cost. Love this service!

Take your business elsewhere. These folks do not stand by their work. They mis-typed the zip on an item resulting it it being returned undeliverable. Claim it could not be their fault - however, I not only handed them the printed address from the addressee, but the zip they typed was for a completely different city so they obviously did not check the label as this would have been obvious. They refused to ship it again at their expense. Their loss as Ill be shipping elsewhere.

I am a huge fan of PostNet in downtown Austin, and they can count on my and my company as loyal customers now.In the past few months we used PostNet to print full color documents we had prepared as responses for large RFPs we were going for. I called Joana, the owner, at the last minute for help. She exceeded my expectations.Both packets were beautifully printed well before the deadline, packaged, and shipped off so they could be received before the RFP response deadline. The price was reasonable, and I could not be happier with the service. They are the best!
