I sent my item off March 31st it’s April 14th why is the item still in Texas!!! This is the worst company ever, Usps gave my item to them April 1st... there was no activity again until April 9th! It went then from Texas to Georgia and now back to Texas... it should be in California. Ridiculous

DO NOT sign up with this company. There are so many hidden fees along with terrible customer service. Theres even a restocking fee if you decide no to renew your contract with them. The convenice they try to sell you will only hurt your wallet. Its not worth it.

You have to be a computer programmer to refill their stupid stamp machines. When you call to ask for help you get passed around from person to person who all ask the same stupid questions, i.e., what is your first and last name, and what is your email adress, etc, when youve already told that to the 3 previous people you got passed to. They are a nightmare. Then your call always seems to mysteriously drop. I hate these guys.
