Absolutely amazing. great customer service from both Dave and his coworker. I have sent out over 60 packages without any errors. I even received lots of good feedback on the the items that were packaged. everything can be done... buying boxes/envelopes, package/wrap, usps/fedex/etc.

I went to ship a package today and the man at the counter straight lied to me about the price. I could see his screen. I left and took my package to Office Depot, they quoted me 1/3 the price to ship a small gift back home. The price Office Depot quoted me was the price I could see listed above on his screen that he lied and said the 3x price was the cheapest. I understand using a smaller company is more expensive but 3x as expensive?! I will definitely not be coming back.

The best place to ship packages in Austin by far. Howard is helpful and welcoming. Great gift shop available as well.

Im so upset - my husband took my text book rental from Amazon to this store (it was boxed, taped & had the return label Amazon provides with a UPS tracking number securely taped on). It was during a high alert with Covid and he was instructed to leave his packages on the counter - he did so and left. All of the parcels arrived to their destinations except for my very expensive text book. I am now being charged over $70 for a book I returned! Amazon and the postal annex told me that the tracking number for the item was never scanned so its as if I never had my husband take it in at all. We dont have a slip which we would normally get but my husband was being careful (Im home recovering from two surgeries during this). If you want your stuff to not disappear I would avoid this convenient drop off.

I was visiting from out of town and needed to quickly pack up and ship a gift before catching a flight home. Id been to the post office nearby but left because the line was too long. The personalized service I received here was so genuine and heartfelt. I appreciated the local crafts and gifts for sale as well. Thank you for the excellent care you take of people here! The world is a better place because of this business!

These are very nice folks. I had a document I was not sure needed to be notarized, which it turned out only needed to be witnessed. They helped me and didnt even charge (!).. I would definitely come back and use their shipping and postal services the next time I need to ship.

This place is my first choice for all my mailing and shipping needs. Howard is not only one of the nicest guys youll ever meet, he is so very helpful. I love that you can buy cards and unique gifts too. This place is great example of old Austin - full of great vibes and always cool tunes playing.

Used this location several times since moving to the area. The owner is very friendly and knows exactly how to ship my items in the most effective and efficient way. Even the people that pick up the deliveries come in and know him by name. And not to mention the shop area has some really cool stuff - including local artists of all sorts.

These guys have been friendly and helpful every time Ive come in. But today, Im loving them because they saved me money.I had forgotten about a Christmas return I mailed in January. I realized that I hadnt been refunded my money, and the merchant was claiming they never received the package. I had thrown away the original tracking number, and decided to call up the Postal Annex on the off chance they kept my transaction information.Sure enough, they had everything I needed (tracking number, delivery date, who signed for the package). Im so pleased!

To most people the most important fact will be that this place has excellent prices (I saved ~240.00$ versus the ups store down the road). What’s important to myself, and certain others, is that the service at this place is fantastic. Every time I come in it’s the same person, and every time he is kind, helpful, and patient. This store also sells locally crafted cards, ceramics, etc. I couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood shipping center, and I live right by the usps on old Fredericksburg road. I will continue to drive past the usps or the ups store to give this place my business and support.

So everytime I go in there the guy behind the counter is the nicest guy and always helpful with a great attitude! A lot of cool stuff in there as well, cards and other stuff.

When I need to ship something by UPS or FedEx, this is where I take it. They are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they normally have only one person working the store, so if there is more than one person in front of you, it can take a while to get to the front of the line to do your business.

The owner was wonderfully helpful and charming- an outstanding individual!

Best post office i have ever been to. I have a regular post office 1 minute from my house, but I drive an extra 15 minutes just to go to this PostalAnnex location because of one reason - Howard. He is the owner and is the nicest person youll ever meet. I highly recommend going here for all your shipping needs, it is very afforadable, too.

I walked in to send a package. The owner decided to greet me and then helped the next customer in line. The customer that came in after me. It was embarrassing and annoying. I decided to leave and go somewhere else

Incompetent notary. Go in to get paperwork notarized and she looks over the materials and then pulls out her book and fills out all of the information. Tells me to sign the forms. Then she decides she isnt able to notarize. No explanation. I can understand if a notary wont notarize something which she isnt comfortable with for any reason and I would not blame her for that. But to first review documents and then instruct someone to sign them and ONLY THEN say they wont notarize is just plain incompetence. Now Ive wasted all kinds of time and effort because I cant even try another notary since this one instructed me to sign the docs and now they are ruined.

Always friendly with good advice. They provide an excellent service. Happy to recommend.
