I have been using Teri at Aus-Tex for years now for all my printing and mailing needs at all four of my locations. I am pretty particular and dont have time to work with companies that dont follow through or have good customer service. Usually when I need something printed or mailed, time is of the essence. They always are on top of it and I dont have to constantly follow up. I would highly recommend if you want a professional and great printing company.

AusTex has helped us with many print jobs over the years. Most recently a last minute spiral bound notebook order that they handled wonderfully. They are great people to work with and easy to communicate and execute a project. I would highly recommend them based on customer service, the best prices out there and a local company that cares.

I own a small business and have recently shifted all of the printing of our marketing material to Austex Printing.Upon meeting, Rick Muriello gave me a tour of the facility. I was very impressed with their operation and the tour was very helpful in understanding how the company works as well as all the services they offer. The warehouse was very clean and well kept. Everyone in the facility was happy, joyful, and seemed to enjoy working there. It has a great family business vibe. After the tour Rick sat down with me, listened to all my needs, then presented me with several options to choose from. Once he helped me select the materials, he connected me with Jake Goodman who did an AMAZING job in designing everything. He really took my vision and ran with it.Both Rick and Jake are always fast to respond to my messages and patient with me as Im making my decisions. Their pricing is competitive, and the quality of their products is top notch. I am so happy I found Austex!

THE MOST thoughtless inconsiderate interview ever! Horrible! I responded to a position posted on craigslist by this company. The manager emailed me right away seemingly interested in interviewing me. We set up a time and i arrive early and fill out some paperwork. The interview started 40 minutes late on his part!! Nice. He asked a quick general question them says The position i was applying for was FILLED A WEEK AGO, and by the way the person filling it is doing great. Are you frqcking kidding me i thought! What a worthless excuse for a human being much less a manager. Outrageously unprofessional!!!!!! He then brought up this proof reading position that may be available but he wasnt sure if it was part-time or full-time. He really didnt seem to care. An absolute utter waist of my time and an incredibly poor reflection on Aus-Tex Printing. On a positive note, that front desk receptionist is to good for your company. An absolute delight of a human being and i am going to reach out to all my friends and let them know if they are looking for an amazing receptionist to give here a call and potch her away from this company as fast as they can!

Not only did Joel talk me through the process as they cleaned out my entire kitchen from water damage, but he talked me through the insurance process as well. No one ever wants to have to deal with these unexpected disasters at their house, but Aus Tex helped me stay calm, assured me theyd take care of it all, and helped me get to the finish line!Aus Tex is extremely easy to reach, very responsive, gets the job done in a timely manner, checks back in to be sure youre satisfied, and delivers the excellent service with kindness ever single time.I would use them again 100% of the time. Im SO pleased!

Of all of the large print houses in Austin, Aus-Tex is my favorite. Their sales reps are great, their production people super knowledgeable and theres a Clampitt Paper across the street now. What more could a designer want?
