Lost the 500lb pallet of my 2 pallet order and their customer service in Austin is pathetic.

Dwayne was horrible, his customer service was worse, never use this company they do not do as they say they will. Lazy all he did was blame the company and the scheduler. Ridiculous

And youre going through there it was a small town and loved it I like going to the country to be able to see antique people very nice

So...I get a call from Dwayne, a scheduler (truck driver on light duty) who schedules my shipment this past Wednesday....for Thursday after 3 pm....no show all day Thursday! Call SAIA-LTL terminal at 5 pm...the guy says he doesnt know why it was scheduled for Thursday...they only run to Llano,Tex Mon.,Wed,Friday!...ok, so I wait all day Friday for my shipment that never comes! No calls...so I call back and get Dwayne again...no apologies...no explanation and they cant even guarantee my shipment will be on the truck for Monday(today). I just called and the lady confirmed it is on the truck today. Their online tracking is not updated until the next day! I have never used SAIA-LTL Freight...and at this point...I hope I never have to again. Bad first experience. My business depends on equipment getting delivered when it says. I would think SAIA-LTL would as well.

Great group of people working here. They definitely try to make sure that I received my delivery on time.. Communication was top notch!

Been waiting 8 days for a shipment now. They called yesterday finally to schedule a delivery today.. stayed home ALL day today because they said between 8-4. Nothing shows up. Call and come to find out it never left Dallas which is 2 hours away. I asked why I didn’t get a phone call and she said they didn’t have time to call me yet and the schedulers left at 4. It’s friday and now I have to wait until MONDAY to even reschedule an appointment because of course they don’t work weekends. This company is total BS. Unorganized and terrible business. I paid almost $300 to ship our front door. I bet it shows up broke too.

We have done 4 shipments so far using Saia. All these shipments were picked up and delivered promptly.

Their driver tore off our gate and ripped apart our elderly neighbors fence. 4 weeks have passed and they still havent fixed anything.

This was my first time using SAIA and they crushed a $10,000 scanner. It was bubble wrapped and shipped on a pallet to a customer. It arrived with a big crack on top and was obviously crushed. After filing a claim, they wouldnt accept since the receiver (my customer) didnt notify them directly. Why does my customer need to be involved with a scanner that was shipped to them? Will never do business or recommend SAIA to anyone.

Damaged my shipment, I filed a claim over a month ago and still cannot get this taken of.Will never use again.

In the last two weeks I have had 3 shipments to Austin with SAIA. One was severely damaged and 2 have been reweighed and upcharged. The reweigh on one was almost 300lbs over my estimated weight. I have been shipping for over 5 years and I have never got hit with weight charges and this week twice! I am not doing anything different! I have been upcharged for all kinds of charges in Austin. Most trouble there then any other hub with SAIA. Time for a freight company change!

Shipment was late. When we asked if we could just come pick the shipment up since it had been sitting in their warehouse they said they didnt have anyone around to get the shipment out for us. Pathetic.

They are terrible! They have lost 2 of my orders in the last two weeks!

Dont use unless you expect to arrive late!
