I went to the store with 4 locks to be rekeys. When I called they said they will take 5 mins per lock. When I reached the store they said 20-25 mins for all the 4 locks. I waited for 1.5 hours. Eventually left with 2 locks rekeyed. For the rest 2 they did not. After 3 days and multiple calls later I was given 2 locks in parts. They broke the lock and did not even care. I tried talk to the owner and I am told owner comes once a week and they are not allowed to call him. I requested call back which never happened.Very bad service. I would not recommend to anyone.

I booked a deadbolt to be installed for a Thurs. At 415p I hadnt heard from anyone so I called the store and they said I was next on the list. I never heard from anyone and no one showed up. At 745p that night I left a voicemail about it on their answering machine. No one called me back. At 4p the next day I called the store again and the person who answered didnt care AT ALL. No apology. Just said the guy must have been delayed. I said my appt was more than 24 hours ago, no one has reached out, and no one bothered to return my VM so I asked them to have a manager call me. Of course no one did and no one ever reached out about the install I had scheduled two days ago. Had I known they were not able to get this done I wouldve scheduled with someone else. Horrible customer experience.

Great place to get a key cut. Im sure they offer full locksmith service as well. Super interesting as they also sell frisbees for frisbee golf. You can watch the the frisbee golf channel while you shop.

Overall good experience, a little delay on the time they said they would arrive but that’s expected. Also it was better priced than other locations for a rekey on my car

Super easy, convenient place to get key copies. I havent needed to use them for anything else but have been here a few times to get keys made. Always super quick and the price is great.

Maybe its just me, but Im all over supporting small, local, businesses. Including where I go to get my keys made!This guy has a plethora of locks and keys, hes fast, and hes reasonably priced. I needed a key made for a new restaurant, so I came by. The guy was nice, and after I gave him my key, he had a new one for me in under 5 minutes! It was a do not duplicate, so I had to fill out some tracking paperwork, but thats normal.I highly recommend him for getting your lock and key needs! Ill be back if I need anything in the future.

Awesome!!! Needed to get a key made for a 2001 Land Rover because the one I had broke off into the door lock. I was able to get the broken piece out. Had the two pieces, gave them to him, he made me two duplicates and got me back on the road.Great shop too if youre a gadget person like me or you need key supplies he as a lot of stuff in there. Ive had trouble finding the rubber pieces to tell which keys are which he has a great selection!Thanks for the great service!!!!

These guys are great! They cut my keys that I brought in. They helped my son and I get duplicate keys for our vehicles; my sons was a fob that repeatedly broke They worked with us until it was resolved. I am their customer for life!

What a wonderful experience this has been! As I finished loading my vehicle with perishables I shut my car door locking my keys inside. Already fuming from this day of unfortunate events, this day could not get any worse! Due to this being the first time ever locking myself out I had no idea what to do. An employee of the grocery store I was stranded at gave me their number with great recommendations. The Lock & Key Professional was picking the lock in less than seventeen minutes; taking him about a minute to unlock. Not only did this Lock Expert do his job promptly, he called me back 15 minutes later explaining how to fix another problem I had with my door handle. I had a key cut and programmed for my 08 Sentra. They were quick and the key works great. Prices are reasonable.

I first called a lock store in Cedar Park but after 20 minutes on hold I gave up. Anderson Mill Lock and Key was just down the road and answered the phone on the second ring. The guy sounded like he knew what he was talking about, so I gave him a shot. He had the correct parts on-hand and re-keyed the tumbler in no time flat. His price was actually less than I had anticipated...imagine that.

Quoted $40 minimum to get the keys out of my car over the phone. Actual price depends on what type of tools they have to use.The guy gets here and says it will be $95, I said I only have $80. Well, the tools he had to use were two air bags and a stick. Literally.I stood out in the parking lot in the 95 degree heat trying to help him. It took almost an hour and he had to call his boss to figure out how to do it. Then when he finally got it unlocked he tried to get me to pay more than $80 because it took him so long. If he would have known how to do it in the first place it wouldve taken 5-10 minutes tops.

Pat, Mike and Mark are 3 of the nicest guys Ive met in the trade. Between Pat and Mike they enough experience to fix any commercial, residential or automotive lock/key problem you might have. Dont waste time calling anyone else!
