My key fob broke on my lunch break on Thursday and needed a replacement. Had my car towed to the dealership and they said they wouldn’t be able to even look at it until next Tuesday. Called around and found Alpha Lock and Key. Glad I did. My car was towed over there around 4:45, they close at 5 but they stayed late to replace and program my new key fob. Took them about 30 minutes. Fast, efficient and affordable. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had!

Went to Lowes for some other stuff and decided for convenience sake to also get my house key copied there as well . . . bad idea as neither of the 2 copies I had them make worked. Went to Alpha Lock & Key and they made 2 perfectly working copies fast and cheap. Highly recommend them. Will be using them in the future for all my lock & key needs.

Last month we called them to help us get into the new house we bought in Austin because the key we were given didnt work. They were great and really easy to work with. I needed an ignition lock cylinder re-keyed. I called Alpha and had a great experience from start to finish. my phone call answered all my initial questions of cost, time required, etc. I was also advised that they had a lot of work at the moment, but if I came in the following morning, I could have the work done while I waited. no problem. next day I came in, the person on duty finished what he needed for a customer that was on his way, then quickly got my job done. the charge was less then competing businesses in the area, and waaay less than what the dealer wanted for the same work.in my day to day, I dont typically need locksmith services. but, I will certainly return to Alpha for my next locksmith related job.

Overjoyed - I got some keys for my truck online, but every Walmart, Home Depot, and auto parts store either wont cut the key or has some goofy system so you cant bring your own.Came here, got the keys cut, and was on my way in a matter of minutes - absolutely phenomenal

While visiting our daughter and her family in Austin we needed a key made to open the car doors in case the keyless remote, which was working intermittently, were to quit. They had a full replacement remote keyless entry we could have purchased, but Tyler retreived the code and made us a key while his dad put a new battery in the remote and adjusted it so it would have more life. This saved us money we could use for our trip, and we made a new friend in Austin. The other companies we called earlier didnt return our call.
