After speaking with my local Audi dealership in regards to cutting and programming a new key fob, I was outraged at the fact the price was crazy high AND they would have to keep my car for a couple of days without a loaner.I was recommended to Keyless Shop, and couldn’t be happier. We came here to replace a key fob that we ordered online and he was willing to do it for free, super nice customer service! we still paid him for the service but the thought that he was willing to program it for free says it a lot about his store. Would recommend him 100%!

Super fast service. Remote and key cut and programed for my 2016 Toyota camry in less than 10 min. Toyota would had made me wait half the day and charge me four times as much. I was having a really bad day i had lost one of my keys. I was told to come here and I did. They were excellent! Came in got my keys super fast and service was awesome they were so nice. Will recommend for sure.

Dropped in Saturday morning. Needed replacement remote for my car and replacement battery for the existing remote. In and out in 10 minutes$10 for battery and $65 for new remote. Not the cheapest I have paid but not outrageous. Would go back if I needed something done quickly.

Took in two flip key fobs that I purchased on Amazon to have them programmed and to have the keys cut. They gave me a price of $200. This seemed reasonable, it required leaving my vehicle overnight which seemed odd but I agreed.When I picked up my vehicle the following day, they handed me the new keys cut and working but not programmed. They then proceeded to charge the full cost as if not having programmed the keys was inconsequential.I asked are you really going to charge me the full price for something that is essentially worthless as I already had a working key with a faulty fob. I spoke with the owner over the phone, and his reasoning was that although he didnt program them he had a time investment and needed to be paid. He finally agreed to a $25 break in the cost.Not sure how to proceed I decided to see what the dealer cost would be and it was actually cheaper. They programmed the keys and they now work.I paid Keyless $200 dollars to do something that they lacked either the knowledge or the equipment to do. This is completely unacceptable. If I had the time or resources I would attempt a legal remedy as I feel completely ripped off by them.

Since they have been on Airport, I have been by to check on my remote was told i can put a battery in it, but that needed a new one. I got new one works perfect, unless u lock ur keys in it. I bought a used pickup truck (2017 Silverado) that only came with one key and keyless remote. So I ordered a new blank key and keyless remote to have a spare set. I called to see if they could cut the new key, program the key to vehicle and also program the new keyless remote control. They were able to do all this quickly with no problems at all. Honestly terribly customer service. When I first arrived there was a couple leaving who told me that they had been there an hour and now their car wouldn’t start. First gentleman to help me would not wear his mask in the shop during a global pandemic so I, in the interest of my health, had to wait outside for the entire 2 hours it took for them to finally tell me they could not provide me with a new key fob. No communication or updates were offered for the entire time I waited outside and I also had to ask the gentleman to wear a mask while in my vehicle. Very disappointed and also concerned that I may get COVID. Now the service engine light is turned on in my car as well.

This place is fantastic! The service was above and beyond what I expected, and he knows his cars. I needed to get a Kia key duplicated on a Sunday and he was so helpful that I asked for another extra key for another van and a he even helped me put the hide a key in a place on the car that was really secure meaning it wouldn’t come off when I went over a speed bump . Very sweet and helpful and good prices!
