My advice is to do your research and then go to them when youre ready to buy.Chelsea picked out exactly what my girlfriend wanted, made customizing some of the small details that make the ring special easy, and Cathy was great to work with to support the buying process including working with us within our budget. Overall after looking at 11 places, they had the best designs, most enjoyable people to work with, great value, fantastic customer service and speed, and felt as excited about this time in our lives as we do. Ms. Chelsea was phenomenal. Honestly buying a ring was very stressful and Ms. Chelsea made every step of the process very simple. She worked off of very little information and designed a beautiful ring from essentially scratch. It was better than I ever had in mind. She some how was able to divine what I really wanted without even knowing myself. She was very communicative through out the whole process and worked with in my time constraints. She got me the ring a little earlier than I needed it even! I was blown away through every step of the process. She was never pushy, very informative, and seemed really care about helping me my lady happy. I’ve been going to Caleesi Jewelers for several years. This year I finally took my jewelry to be appraised for insurance purposes. One of my pieces was a small diamond solitaire pendant in yellow gold I’d inherited from my aunt. I can’t wear yellow gold and as a consequence never wore the necklace.I always browse the shop to see what new treasures the cases hold. One case in the center of the store held several pair of diamond earrings and one in particular caught my eye. I quickly talked to Steve about what I wanted to see if he thought it would work: leverback earrings with a bezel set solitaire and a dangle with several smaller diamonds. Of course he could make those! I brought in the smaller diamonds I had at home along with the necklace for Steve to craft my earrings with my stones and one I purchased from Caleesi to match the solitaire. Less than a week later, they were ready for pick up. I had lots of *odds and ends* that needed repairs.The jeweler is an artist and there are plenty of brilliant examples on their website, but the dazzling repairs to my *vintage* diamond and 2+ ct cocktail ring are exquisite! I gasped on seeing the improvements. I will be coming back. There are more pieces where these come from. The charms replaced on mums bracelet (now mine) are finally on! The drive is worth it!My story; I received the treasure of my heart recently in inheriting my grandmother’s wedding ring. The ring is a treasure because she was a treasure and her ring holds many dear memories for me. The ring is 70 plus years old and when my mother gave it to me it was in dire need of repair. Missing two diamonds, prongs worn and just really dull and tired. I also needed it resized to fit me.I searched long and hard for a trusted jeweler via online reviews. I narrowed it down to two jewelers that had fantastic reviews. I literally read hundreds! I wasn’t going to entrust my grandmother’s ring to just anyone. I took my ring to the first shop and was somewhat discouraged because they said resizing the ring would be difficult. So, I then made my way to Caleesi!The team were very professional and yet also very personable. The first team member who greeted us and heard my story, looked at my hand and correctly guessed the size I needed! I was impressed. Then Stephan came out and saw my ring, I told him the story and he was positive about all of my needs, explained what he would do. I got my ring resized almost two complete sizes up (that’s what happens when you get engaged at 20) and they did an amazing job! Dropped it off on Saturday and was able to pick it up on Monday. It looks brand new again. Great costumer service and communication. Will come back in the future!

Update: after my review, Steve reaches out and offered to completely remake the ring. We got it back last night and it looks 100 times better. It’s very precise, clean and symmetrical. He also made it a lower profile and a lighter weight, which will be great under medical gloves. I appreciate him making it right and I’m so happy to have it back and looking beautiful.My fiancé took my grandmothers diamonds here to have them reset as my engagement ring. Let me say my fiancé is amazing and Ill wear the ring forever because he designed it and put it on my finger. But, When I received the ring it looked beautiful, and then I looked a bit closer and noticed some small details were wrong. First, there were two dents in the halo around the main diamond and the milli-grain seemed flattened out on one side. Then, I noticed the jeweler only brought the white gold plating halfway down the sides and wanted it all the way down. So we took it back to be re-plated on the sides(and also sized down ) and they were very accommodating and said they could do it within a couple of days. They also did not charge us for that, which was appreciated. I got the ring back and it made me sad to see that the plating was uneven on the sides, and covered the rose gold on the wrong part of the ring as well as a bit on the halo- which was not supposed to be plated in white gold. In addition the dent is still there .:(. I didnt mention the dent to them and I should have. But I am surprised that they didnt notice it or fix it, since my fiancé paid so much for this custom ring. Theyre lovely people and they worked quickly, but I feel like my ring should be dent free and have neat consistent plating. I am debating taking it back to them or taking it somewhere else to get a quote for fixing it. Im wondering if they were just trying to accommodate my fiancés right timeline, but Im disappointed.

They downsized my fiances ring with a really intricate band and left it looking flawless. I cant speak for their average turn around time on rings but mine was done super fast. Staff was friendly and they had a shop dog, which is always a plus. The place was super clean and staff all wore their masks during covid. Highly recommend!

Their jewelry is very unique, this place is an Austin gem (literally). I had my heirloom ring appraised here and had the missing diamonds replaced. When I came to pick up the ring it was cleaned and they offered to wrap it for me so I could surprise my mom for Christmas. I lost one of a pair of gold earring jackets, and I was devastated. The jackets had lots of sentimental value. Caleesi Jewelers reproduced the lost jacket. They made an EXACT copy of the remaining one and executing the copy perfectly. My husband couldnt tell which one was the original and which one was the copy. My Fiancé used this jeweler to create my one of a kind engagement ring. The most important aspect he wanted was to find someone who would understand and appreciate making a ring that was modern but made with materials from his mom’s wedding ring. Caleesi understood the sentimental value and was able to create a ring that blew my mind while honoring my Fiancé’s mom. After he popped the question I was so indecisive about my ring size and what was most comfortable. Caleesi made me feel so comfortable and was always incredibly sweet when I had them resize it three times 😬 I wasn’t kidding about being indecisive 🤷🏻‍♀️ At the end of the day if you want someone who will take pride in their work, the stones, and memories being made then this is the place!!!

I was able to schedule within a couple of days, their team took great precautions for safety during COVID-19, and everyone was incredibly friendly. I was very apprehensive about leaving my engagement ring with a jeweler for 3-5 days to be sized. Most jewelers I spoke with estimated a 3-5 day window to complete the ring sizing. I text Caleesi jeweler who responded within minutes expressing his understanding of my apprehension. He said if you can be here in the morning I will have the ring sized the same day!I arrived at Caleesi the next morning to be greeted by two lovely women who were very helpful and understanding. They helped me understand what ring size would work best for me and why. As Steve was working on sizing my ring I found a beautiful little pair of earrings I couldn’t live without as well! Within a short few hours my ring was sized and I was sporting a new pair of pretty earrings! Best jeweler experience ever! Thanks so much!!

We needed an engagement ring and wedding band at the last minute and also wanted something custom made. They were able to design and create our rings for us with us within a week and they are perfect and unique! The process was so simple and they clearly take pride in their work. 100% would recommend.

I purchased a wedding band from Caleesi earlier this year. After losing some weight, I already had to get it resized down 2 sizes. Not only did they do it free but they were able to compress the ring down without having to cut it. I was worried about getting it cut but it worked out for the best. Highly recommend.

First off, I was VERY intimidated by the whole engagement ring buying process and especially nervous as I knew my S.O. had a particular (custom) idea she wanted for the band and setting. Stephan and team were absolutely wonderful from the first communication to ring pickup. The design process was surprisingly quick yet collaborative. The CAD renderings really give you an idea of what the end result will be. He is extremely knowledgeable and as others have said “a true craftsman”. The finished product turned out better than I had imagined and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Caleesi! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I brought in a wedding band to have it resized. The team at Caleesi was very nice, professional and did an amazing job. I cannot tell at all that they took out more than a full size from the ring, it looks seemless and natural. They even shined up my ring to make it look absolutely stunning. Highly recommend.

Beautiful workmanship and nice people : store has a lovely selection, and they also make custom pieces - and I love the free cleaning service. They replaced a stone for me at a very good price, with excellent work and quick turnaround time.

I usually dont leave reviews but these people DESERVE the business!! Like everyone else has said, they really work with you to get the design right. My fiancé and I had never shopped for diamonds before, let alone a big purchase like an engagement ring, but Steve and his team really took the time to educate us on what is important and what may not be as important to us - AKA where we were able to save a little. They then stayed in contact with us throughout the design process, giving updates on the ring, and incorporated many last minute design changes I had without any hesitation.Over the course of a few months, my hands become less swollen (going from the TX summer heat to the winter), so I had to bring it in for a resize. I had gone in complete prepared to pay for the resize. However since it hadnt been long before the original purchase, Steve resized it free of charge. He also gave it a brilliant cleaning and shine so it looks brand spanking new!This small business and these people are truly great and I wouldnt have gotten my ring from anyone else!

The experience was incredible. We walked in not knowing anything but they were happy to hold our hands through the entire process and make sure we got what we really wanted. Chelsea really made me feel special. She made my Valentine’s Day gift giving so easy! I wanted to get a ring custom for my fiancé but with my late timing she was still able to get a FANTASTIC ring sent in (overnight) that I was just as pleased with! What really sets her apart was it really seemed like she wanted to help me while staying in my budget and time frame. She was so kind to even deliver it to me.
