I called before the business opened & they answered, were very friendly & have outstanding customer service! $15 to get your watch battery replaced.

I called this place to see if they replaced batteries on all types of watches. After being informed that they did, I took three. They replaced two fairly quickly, but one of the workers informed me they were having some difficulty resealing the third. After waiting another forty five minutes or so, I was advised that they still could not reseal the back. At that point I decided it may be best to take it somewhere else. It bears mentioning that I have had a battery installed in this watch numerous times since my wife gave it to me about ten years ago. First and last time here, though. While I was not charged for the third, they did nothing else to improve my chances of return to them.

This place was amazing!!!!! I had a last minute emergency, wedding anniversary and they took very good care of the situation! Thank you.

The lady at the front counter is very rude and belittling. When I tried to talk to her she was very smug. Each time Ive been there same thing.

I called the phone number no answer and the voice mail doesnt say anything or give another number to call. I just want my wedding band back please Thank you.

This place is amazing. I have trouble finding a jeweler i trust so i learned about this place and i took them a ring asked it not to be polished to see what happens. Not only did they size it perfectly it was cheap and they did not polish it. So i took another ring that meant a lot to me they did exactly what i asked. So today i dropped of my papas AF ring asking them to just add metal but no polishing, no cleaning no fixing the scuff marks nothing that he just passed away i want the ring to look exactly like it is just bigger and ill have it tmrw and i can go ahead and say ill be in love with their work! If you have anything that you really care about trust them they will do exactly what you asked and itll be the best damn work youve ever seen.

With most electronics becoming cheaper to replace than repair these days, I was happy to find a watch repair store that is both affordable and dependable. I brought my Puma watch in with a broken glass face and dead battery; I had called around beforehand, and Al-Mar was the lowest price I found. I was called about an hour after dropping it off, to say my watch was ready, and it looks wonderful! I definitely recommend this family-owned shop!

I went here one morning when I was off work and had to get a battery replacement and a jewelry repair. When I was here, I experienced excellent service that I was so satisfied with which means Ill return.

More than ecellent service. I am definitely someone with high expectations for professional craftsmanship, and I was very pleased with the job that came out of this jeweler. They were very willing to work with me on my timeline, custom design, and even detailing that I had not thought of. Most definitely would recommend.

I was sent here by friend and I am so glad I came. Not only did they use my broken gold pieces for repairs they made the most beautiful Mothers ring I could ask for. Not only that, but several years ago I was given the wedding bands of all the women in my family my mom, her mom, my dads mom, all of whom have passed away and I wanted to some how make something or keep these rings together. He looped them together like the Olympic rings and and I can wear them on a a gold chain. I will not go anywhere else. Hands down if you can tell him what you want he can do it.

I’ve come to AR MAR multiple times to get watch batteries replaced. When I got engaged my fiancé’s Ring needed to be sized down one size. Therefore, I decided to take it here. Somewhere I have been before. The male owner of the shop was usually the person I always dealt with in my watch repairs. This time when I came in the female owner of the shop attended me. I am assuming she is the wife. Right off the bat, she was annoyed, in a bad mood, was extremely direct in an ugly manner. I said, eh, maybe she’s having a bad day. So, I left the ring to get sized down. Picked it up the next day, and paid $50. A bit high of a price if you ask me, but whatever. Turns out the size was still a bit to big for my gf’s finger. Not a big deal, we decided to go back and get it sized down again. When my Gf walked in, the same rude a$$ lady attended her. She denied my gf’s ring this time, and said her knuckles were too big. Simply said no, and attended my gf in the same disgusting and rude manner the female owner attended me. Worst part about all of this is she knew damn well I’m RAZA just like she was. Why own a business when you’re upset at just about every person that walks in your shop. Take your money elsewhere, folks. Rude, entitled business owners with a shop in a run down plaza.

After having a doubt, but still did bring them business, I confirmed my suspicion.So, if you put anything on lay away, dont do it.... cause they will cross off what they wrote, and give you less weight. Even if you have proof. Also if u have your necklace repaired ..BEWARE.
