I needed to buy an additional diamond band for our 10th anniversary but it wasn’t in stock. Mark and Freddy went above and beyond to track down what I needed, even though it was a challenge. I can’t thank them enough. Superb customer service that made my day. I can’t thank them enough and will remain a loyal customer due to their efforts.

First, they actually have nice pieces of jewelry at an affordable price, but this review is mainly about the staff. Mark has got to be one of the best customer servants Ive ever experienced. He located a piece we wanted from across the country, contacted the orders dept., personally called the other location to get it shipped, and this was all for a purchase I made at another store!!Kay may be a chain store, but between their stock and staff, Ill definitely be back. If youre looking for an engagement ring (Neil Lane designs are wonderful), a necklace, earrings, or a watch, please go specifically to this location.You wont be disappointed.

Vito, the store manager at this location is out of this world. Some of the best customer service I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Everyone here is super friendly and you wont feel any pressure at all when it comes to purchasing, which makes the entire process so much more enjoyable. I bought my wifes wedding band here and know I made the best decision I could have in doing so. Highly recommend this location and the manager Vito for whatever your jewelry needs may be!

Will never buy jewelry from here again. I purchased a necklace for Christmas my gf wore it only 3 times before the chain broke. I took it back and the lady told me the chain was stretched as well which I dont know how because it layed on the dresser the whole time. The lady tells me they can fix it and might needa a new chain, okay cool.came back to pick it up my gf put it on and now the chain is way way longer and stretched so now I have a stretched necklace that doesnt look good.I also ordered a pair of earrings for Christmas those didnt come in untill the beginning of February. When they told me they would be here for xmas then called me after xmas told me they be here in jan. Just gave me the run around. Very bad first experience will never shop here again. Thank kay.

I came to this store a very frustrated customer. Long story short, previous stores gave me wrong information about re-sizing which left the integrity of my ring compromised. I had finally gotten an exchange approved and sent to Vitos store to get it exchanged. I cant even describe how amazing the store manager Vito is!!!! He has been so patient with me throughout this entire process. I am an extremely anxious person and I know I projected my frustration of previous employees onto him at first...yet he has always strived for my satisfaction and he has more than succeeded. He has built a personal relationship with me and gone above and beyond to help me with my every need. He is always so sweet and welcoming. You really couldnt ask for more in someone handling your most precious belonging :)

I recently needed some jewelry repair and decided to try this location of Kay Jewelers. I could not have made a better choice. The staff is very friendly, professional, and made the process enjoyable.

Store manager Vanessa made the experience enjoyable with great customer service and made us feel very welcome. Brought my wife to this location to look at getting an upgrade on her wedding rings.

Great new location without having to deal with traffic of the mall, had merchandise I was looking for and helped me to special order the ring that was not in stock.

I took my wedding band Tungsten and carbon fiber in due to a discoloration on the surface of the ring. The Manager came over and looked at it. However they were unable to find the original purchase in the system. He took the time to look it over and asked if we would be ok if he tried to buff it out. We agreed and when he returned it looked just like the day I received it. He did not have to do this as we had no proof we had purchased it from Kay. He has earned my business and I will be back.If you are looking for a Jewler that cares and has great customer service and a team willing to go the extra mile, you should pay them a visit.

Great staff. Not like other stores where you feel pressured to make a purchase.

I was a 50 dollar off any 100.00 dollar purchase but when i got there they did not honor it.

Hours on the door show they open at 10am we went at 11am today 03/27/18 and the doors were locked no one inside.

Done plenty of business with other Kay Jewelers. One trip to this store and Kays has lost my business forever. They try to charge you for repairs that should be under warranty
