I found myself searching for a company to help me resolve an issue with My mother-in-laws satellite dish. which had been hit by lightning. As we live over 130 miles from her and my lack of knowledge pertaining to this type of device I needed someone who had both. This was not a Directv or Dish network type of dish, but rather one of the old, old type of dishes which are about 6 foot in diameter and are referred to FTA (Free to air). This type of unit is what she can afford on her budget and best provides the type of programing she enjoys.Over the course of three days. I attempted to find a company that could evaluate and repair the unit. Due to the obsolescence of this type of device that task was all but impossible to accomplish. I stumble upon New Dimensions by accident and spoke with Mike. He understood the situation and even though they were almost an hour drive from her location undertook the project.The project took a couple of weeks to complete, due to a lack of parts anywhere for this obsolete system. Once receive the installation was completed quickly and professionally. My mother-in-law is ecstatic and of course I get the credit for a job well done. To the staff at New Dimensions I would say this, Thank you for making an 82 year old women very happy and for making me look smarter than I probably am.
