We have had horrible customer service from CenturyLink. We have been waiting for our service to be installed for a week now and every time I call Im told there is an error with my order and that a supervisor will call me back. After calling five times I was finally transferred to a supervisor today and Im pretty sure I was just put on hold for an hour with anyone picking up. Save your time and sanity and go with another provider, not worth the hassle.
Horrible customer service, rude, childish, behavior, refusal to cancel my account without payment which is against the law. Talked to 7 different reps 4 hung up without even saying a word. I would definitely NOT recommend getting service from CenturyLink. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my lawyer.
