My apartment complex has been without internet for 4 days because Korcette tier 1 customer service can’t get ahold of their tier 2 service to dispatch a tech or give me any customer advice to fix it.We are all college students and have missed a combined 24 tests, 74 homework assignments, and multiple fantasy football drafts due to their total incompetence on how to run a company.The only answer I have been given is that “there’s no outage” and “sorry we can’t dispatch one of our 4 available techs right now because our level 2 service team hasn’t responded to us in 2 weeks.”Just send someone out here to fix the issue!!!This is mind blowing and completely unacceptable for a company that boasts a 99% uptime I’ve been here for 22 days and for 4 days we haven’t had internet. You do the math tier 1 support because that’s not 99% uptime.UPDATEday 5 of no internet. Due to this we have started and finished a petition to cancel all greystar properties with korcette internet and switch to spectrum. Starting Wednesday korcette will be losing about 4 major contracts due to lack of care for customers and horrible customer service referring to us as liars and hanging up on us when we have a question about when we would get service again.Korcette deserves to be shut down.

Awful service for the past two years I’ve lived in my apartment. It’s such a shame I don’t have a choice in what internet I can use because I would NEVER choose these people again. Constant drops in service, inability to connect certain devices, and very repetitive and unhelpful customer service 90% of the time. STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE ABLE. If you are looking for an apartment and they force you to use Korcett, LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Worked very diligently to get the internet back up, and after 18 hours, they did it! Now it is around 4 hours later, and it is down again. But don’t worry! If you call customer service, you can listen to the same, prerecorded message that played at this time 24 hours ago.

Leaving one star because zero stars is not an option. If you’re on hold for less than a half hour, it’s a miracle. The internet goes out constantly, the customer service is absolutely dreadful, and they can never fix ANYTHING without sending a technician out that takes about three days at best to come to your house. Whoever you speak to on the phone will never keep track of your information, therefore you will have to start from the beginning of your issue every time you talk to a new employee. I’m convinced that not a single person that works for customer service knows anything about wireless internet. Not entirely sure how this company is still in business.

Wonderful customer service, I worked with Emery and he help me fix my problem. Not understand the bad reviews here, The problem is with the wireless provider not Korcett.

I am a college student and wifi is a must. I havent been able to drop or add classes, order my books or look up cheap places to eat..its been two days and no progress has been made to fix it!

Absolutely the worst experience with any internet service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Constant drops in service, ranging from 1 hour gaps to 30 seconds. Support doesnt know how to help, and send out 3rd party contractors who are unfamiliar with their systems to fix it, which entails turning the switch off and on again. I will be ecstatic once we finally have our new service.

Absolute trash. Internet was out for a week and all they needed to do was have the NOC reset the connection. I ended up on the phone for hours and they continued to promise me that it was not there issue... it was.

Wish I could give negative stars. I have had this wifi, as if it even deserves that title, for two years now and all two years have been atrocious. They offer horrible connection if you can even establish one. Oh also, if you are able to connect, dont be fooled. You will most likely lose your connection in the next 33 seconds. I have come to the conclusion that Korcett is most likely run by spawn of Satan.

Absolutely terrible service for the price. Constant downtime with slow support, no transparency to what we are and arent allowed to control, and terrible speeds. Having to pay 100 a month for 10 down is asinine.

Speed of service fluctuates constantly, take a long time to resolve simple issues. VERY POOR SERCURITY,! Network at my apartment complex was made less secure the last time they tried to fix a major outage, very unprofessional.

Absolutely dissatisfied with this service. I have had countless and countless problems with the internet. Its trash and do not recommend doing business with these people.

Im just one voice out of a choir of bad reviews. It often takes more than an hour to actually talk with a representative from Korcetts customer support center when you need help. I was guaranteed a call from a higher-up employee when the standard customer support rep couldnt figure out my problem. Alas, there was never a call. When I asked if there was a specific time they would call or if I could request a time for them to call, I was told thats not possible. I was also told that I probably wouldnt be able to connect with a higher-up rep should I miss the call and try to call back. So all-in-all its an endless loop of waiting. Its a game of chance; all you can do is pray for the planets to align and hope youre available for when the higher-ups call. If they even call at all.

Customer serive reps are nice and seem as though they are genuinely trying to help. Wifi constantly drops and if youre not paying attention, your phone will disconnect and use data. Wifi drops and reconnects every 30 seconds to a minute. Basically if youre too far away from the access point, they will tell you theres nothing they can do. Random outages that dont last too long. I only use this service because I have no other choice with where I live but if it were up to me, I definitely wouldnt be.

There should be a negative amount of stars. This thing just sucks. Been down without internet and it seems as if no one in the help center even cares. These guys are the reason everyone is always stressed about college. Inconsistent internet is unacceptable, its 2017... Come-on guys get your stuff together.

The internet went down 2 times a month, and 5 days each. I called them and they always said theyre working on it but nothing really happened until I got really mad. Unfortunately, I have no option for my internet provider. AVOID at all costs.

Worst internet provider Ive ever seen. Took me probably an hour to load this page and leave a review. They dont care about you at all and it definitely shows. Youd be better off trying to get internet with a piece of foil.

Constantly down at the worst times. Never provides a solution for the problem. staff that doesnt care at all. Slow speeds during peak hours and sometimes just slow speeds randomly. Constant packetloss. Literally the worst of the worst. Like actually worse than Comcast combined with EA combined with Hitler.

Where do I begin... korcett is the biggest joke I have ever done business with.They claim that they have 24 hour customer support but what this truly means is you better have 24 hours of free time to sit on hold to wait for a representative. On another note, if you ever catch yourself feeling the urge to play Xbox with a friend or relative... have fun dealing with a closed Nat type, God forbid connecting to a party. I could go on for two novels about the experience I have had with the (keep in mind) 4 MONTHS I have been with this company. Its sad I have been experiencing these types of issues so early in my experience with them. After not realizing their own system wasnt working for over two months, Korcett decided to throttle all users in the building to allegedly 30 Mbps up/down. Time Warners internet was working perfectly fine at a smooth 100 Mbps or occasionally higher before Korcett stepped in to ruin a perfectly working connection. Both ethernet and Wifi are absolutely awful and their tech could not figure out why. Best of all, their tech thought the dryer was interfering with the WiFi somehow so he was turning it on and off when someone was trying to use it. The pure professionalism shown of trash talking other customers while assisting a resident can only indicate the level of service Korcett can provide. Comcast, the number one rated worst customer service of all time has a new competitor for the title.

I would rather have no internet than korcett. Conveniently, we frequently had both!

Korcet is a horrific excuse for an ISP. Service drops regularly on all devices and customer service States things like the issue is with your iPhone as it has a short antenna or your computer wont connect due to application issues, were just an internet company, we cant deal with those issues. However, when the issue is the computer drops from the internet regularly even though its has no known network issues and works fine everywhere but the apartment and all other devices work great when not at the apartment as well, I tend to believe technical support (Tier 2 especially) does not know what they are doing.This is a sad excuse for a company as a whole and it has honestly made the experience at my apartment complex somewhat unenjoyable. Lets be honest, college students need a stable internet connection.

Can you give no stars? This service is garbage. Extremely low u/d rates, which even then fluctuate like crazy. Streaming is essentially impossible on anything but the lowest quality settings (mobile, 240p). Random outages on a monthly basis which are not announced, basically no customer service response to inquiries about downed internet (we see it working on our end! when it isnt).

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. They are so unrealiable and pretty much provide the internet for every college kid at a college apartment because they are cheap. I cant do anything because my apartment only lets us use korcett but dont use it if you can. They are awful and will never answer your calls and dont really care about you. Id say its okay if you strictly have nothing to do but do basic things on your laptop but if you download things or play video games online like I do....this is probably the worst internet service you can get! I mean just horrible all around with lag and slow downloading times! It also has random outtages and is pretty slow when you actually need it for something. My skype/FaceTime connection is always garbage just like the service! Please do yourself or your residents a favor and do NOT go through this provider!!

I provided one email, but when I go to change my password it seems as though they have assigned me a NEW EMAIL based on information I provided. When I called them to ask them about this new email, they directed me to a third party that had no idea what I was talking about.

Been without Internet service for 48 hours with no fix in sight. Cant watch Netflix as it buffers constantly. If you have a choice do not choose them. I unfortunately cannot choose my Internet provider.

Absolutely awful company. I moved into an apartment 6 months ago that only allows me to have internet through Korcett. It took them two weeks to get our internet working when we first moved in and we have already suffered from 2 more outages, one of which lasted almost a week. I have no idea how this company is still in business.
