Terrible customer service. Their websites been down for over 3 weeks and they wont let me transfer services over to my roommate. Ive been getting this same error message and nobody seems to be able to help me. I keep getting transfered and forced to answer the same questions.

This is the worst company for cable and internet services I have ever dealt with!!!!!I can’t work from home because the internet goes out every chance it gets and forget cable it goes off anytime it feels like!Hands down the worst company and customer service is just as worst!No help at all

Not only did our technician never show up to fix out internet, working from home were literally having to call out and lose money. Technician lied saying they spoke to a women at our place when none live here. They literally lied to get out of work and cost us more money. Bottom of the barrel

Service is VERY expensive ($200 with internet) and U-Verse regularly goes down or screen freezes. I have to call ATT for them to tell me to unplug devices even though I did multiple times before calling. They have to reboot from their end or I have bad equipment. Wish I had Time Warner again or other options besides dish, but I dont.

Do not secure service from this company. The instability of there service was as bad as any service I have ever had. I couldnt imagine that it got infinitely worse when I tried to cancel. I spent over 5 hours on calls trying to cancel and then they continued to charge for 2 months after they confirmed they received all my equipment. These additional charges cost me another 3 hours to get them reverse the bogus charges. These people are worse than crack dealers!

Very, very disappointed in Austin customer service. Always at least 45+ minutes hold to even get someone on the phone. We just left Spectrum because it was supposed to be a much better deal for similar services. The first bill is almost $100 more than Spectrum.As sick as I am to say it, we will probably go back to Spectrum.

Terrible customer service. Internet and tv out without warning or explanation. Company knows nothing. Ran checks by phone. Will send someone out to investigate in 5 days! Would never use them again except that there are no options here

Do NOT get AT&T U-verse.The TV service was having issues, and I decided to cancel and switch to spectrum. When I called, they said they could put the account on vacation, which means that my service is turned off, but can be turned back on with just another call. I was told this is usually $5 a month, but that she can waive that fee. 4 months later, I notice Ive been getting charged $27 a month. It turns out this is the vacation fee - Not only was the $5 not waived, they said theres an additional $13 for having the tv on vacation, and $8 for having the phone on vacation. When I said that I was told there would be no charge, then I got these charges anyway, they said These charges are valid and cant be refunded.DO NOT use u-verse. I switched to Spectrum and that was much better than AT&T. This company will lie to you and steal from you. Also, theres no guarantee your TV service wont be garbage.

Deceptive billing practices! They said they would bill me the initial fees in 3 installments, then they did not. Their offer was to split the payment in two.... with a $9 late fee even though it was a payment arrangement and if you choose to do a payment over the phone it is a $5 convenience fee. On top of that, the second payment is listed as a scheduled payment but it doesnt mean that they scheduled auto-draft of the fee as you would think... so heres another late fee all because they didnt bill me as they stated they would in the first place! This place is as greedy and deceptive as Comcast.

Worst service & provider ever. We signed up for a 50,000 airline miles reward. Over a year later they say they cannot apply the miles and claim they do not have a record of it even though we pay them monthly. Absolute incompetence!

Calling by voice is long and arduous. They do not employ North Americans (making America Great Again?), but rather use ASIANS in ASIA !

Terrible customer service, poor service. Cant believe AT&T still maintains their stranglehold on the consumer telecom market. Get Google Fiber if you can, or even Spectrum
