Panacea Collective is the most reliable furniture rental/event design company I have worked with. I manage a venue downtown and I always refer them because I know my client will be happy with their work. Not only are they reliable, but their design ideas are unique and current. The team at The Panacea Collective were AMAZING. From the first interaction, Haley was responsive, enthusiastic and accommodating with our myriad of questions and changes. The delivery team was prompt (we had a tight window!!) and set everything up perfectly. Panacea Collective is such a lovely vendor to work with. Every employee, from the point of inquiry to load out, took genuine care of me, our event, our rentals and every curveball and request in between. The design process was made easy by Haley, her efficiency and creativity. On load in, event day and load out, Jarrett was always just a call or text away and calmly took on each challenge (even squeezing in and out of a gate that was seriously about 2 inches wider than the truck). There was absolutely no ambiguity at any step in the process, check-ins were consistent and a respect to the event, my client and the space was very evident. Autumn and Lisa are AMAZING! They allowed our family to have a beautiful celebration for our graduating daughter in our backyard. The furniture, the 2020 light, tables and chairs, food--all at a 10+!
