I have only good things to say about Inhabitr. The rental process was easy and fast and the furniture was delivered and assembled in the date and time scheduled. The furniture is beyond my expectations, beautiful, comfortable and new. It looks like it have never been used before.But the best of all is their customer service. I could reach them 24/7 at different channels: chat, email, phone. There was a huge blizzard on the day scheduled and they were concerned on reschedule as soon as possible.

The furniture we got was in an excellent condition, all kitchen supplies were new (utensils, pots, toaster…). Our experience with inhabiter was very good and we’d do it again. Highly recommended!

Amrita is very helpful! she was easy to work with and helped me figure things out. she is very responsive which i appreciated a lot. i like the selection at Inhabitr. Ive previously always rented from Cort but their selection in Austin was non-existent. My only gripes are that out of the 17 things i originally ordered, 8 things were not available and i had to accept backups. On the day of delivery, a major item was not there. The good news is that i decided to add a couple more items so the missing item and the new things will all be delivered together at a future date. FYI: the medici chaise is super comfortable!

This was my first time renting furniture and I really did not know what to expect. All the items arrived on time and were brought into my home with ease. There was a minor issue with one of the pieces but Inhabitr was able to resolve it quickly. These guys don’t waste time! I was called by Jovita and she made sure my experience was satisfactory. Being new to Dallas I decided to rent furniture as opposed to purchasing. I discovered Inhabitr through a blog and saw that they were reasonably priced and had a great selection of options. I purchased a full bedroom set, living room set, dining set, and patio furniture for a 1 bedroom apartment, along with paying extra for express delivery.Communication was easy via the chat feature and the service reps were very helpful. I was a bit saddened to learn that the majority of the items I requested were unavailable or not in stock. I was informed that I was being Upgraded and had a very limited selection of options to choose from.The delivery men arrived on time, were professional, and assembled everything rather quickly. However, I noticed the bed they were assembling was not the one I approved as an Upgrade. After some continued conversation over the next week, I learned the bed I selected still wasnt available and I had to keep the one that was previously delivered. Its not a bad-looking bed, just not what I wanted.Yesterday I spoke with Jovita, a customer service rep, who worked on my behalf to not only get me a new coffee table, dining table, and rug. Additionally, she was able to give me a credit to be applied to my total contract reducing my monthly payments. My new items are scheduled to be delivered next week.

The website is super easy to navigate and the team in Chicago is on top of their communication. Though the delivery guys were late, they called me about an hour in advance to let me know, just in case I needed to be elsewhere. When they did arrive, they set everything up exactly where I wanted and took all trash with them. I couldnt recommend Inhabitr enough!

Im giving you a five star review because Austin Mendonca was so so so amazing!!!!!! He guided me thru the whole process and made sure the items would deliver the day I needed them to! He went way beyond the call of duty and was so patient and informative! I think he is someone you should make sure stays with your company. Now I will alway go to your site for my furniture needs for the many events that I work on every year. I just hope every time I need to rent from you I can have Austin help me. Give that guy a raise and promotion :)

I originally gave five stars because of great customer service through their chat option. However, since then it has been a headache. 3 of the 4 furniture items I ordered were out of stock, so I didn’t really get any of what I paid for. They should tell you what items are in stock prior to you ordering and paying for it all. In addition to that, they scheduled me for a completely different delivery time than what I put as my preferences. The time they put is a time I will be at work, and trying to get ahold of someone to change that has been nearly impossible. I will update my review once I am through with this process. I have a lot of patience but this has just been so frustrating.Edit: The delivery process went very smoothly and I have been happy with my furniture after figuring everything out.

Amrita and Jovita were extremely helpful. All agents were very quick to respond in the chat whenever I had any questions to problems. When the winter storms delayed delivery, they made an exception and delivered on a Sunday. The furniture was new and clean when delivered, and delivery was quick and on time when the date was finally worked out after the storm.I recommend that Inhabitr collect verification of income prior to accepting the deposit and first month’s rent. If it was decided that I was declined, I would have had to try to have that money refunded. By taking money first, then asking for verification of income afterward, it makes the business look like a scam. Also, the website malfunctioned and was not user-friendly when I tried to reset my password. The agent was quick to assist on the chat, and I appreciated that, but it does not seem like a secure way to do that. This was a short term lease for a temporary assignment. Unfortunately, I had to cancel early due to reassignment. The terms of the lease are extremely expensive if you have to do that. If I had stayed for the entire lease, I would say that the prices are reasonable for short term needs.Overall, the experience wasn’t too bad. However, if I am ever in another uncertain situation like that again, the extreme expense in breaking the lease will cause me to seek other options. If the term of my assignment is guaranteed, I would consider doing business with Inhabitr again.

Great Customer service, we have ordered furniture for 5 apartments and everyone has been great to work with. Furniture is what you pay for, but works fine for my short term rentals.

Please dont buy furniture from this company they took my money then tell me I have to give more money. I wanted a refund for the amount I paid. Still havent got my money back. I was told it was cancel but I havent got confirmation. No one answers the phone no customer service.
