I ran a load with this company, waited for 3months to get paid. Still have not received payment. Nothing but scam. Dont ever deal with this company. Not even a working phone #.

They try to rip me off by illegal charging a 2.9% credit card fee. Indian scammer did not know that a credit card fee in some states are illegal. They triple broker your shipments and telling you this is the best price you can get. No physical office in the USA. Be aware, dont waste your time, protect your personal data and avoid future identity theft with them. You was warned about them.

I made several Reefer loads through East Cape months ago and still waiting for the payment.

What a scam artists. I have requested a shipping quote which was 100 USD higher than any other broker. They requested payment upfront before providing any shipping documents. Sending me a PayPal bill with no shipping reference. I was in contact with a person name Steve on the e mails and next e mails Indian names show up. I start a little review and looks like this scammer belongs to a group from Hyderabad, India known for the biggest scammer area in India. Poor America to let scammer cheat us in our country. This should be stopped by the authority.

Booked a load with this company. After being given a time for pickup, we hired a 3rd party company to do the loading. 2.5 hours after the scheduled pick up time, we attempted to contacted them to get an updated ETA, and was told it had been rescheduled for a week later. Absurd! Will not use or recommend this company.
