This is my second location with Opus Virtual Offices. For only $99 a month I was able to expand my geographic footprint to another city and I will continue to do so at multiple location throughout the country. The people at Opus are very professional and courteous. Great concept

I have cancelled my services with another virtual office provider in Austin and have signed up with Opus as I already have a few other locations with them across the country and am very happy with their virtual office services. A+ highly recommended

There are many services out there similar to this one. The only positive thing I can say is that Opus is one of the cheapest. However, the old adage stands true: you get what you pay for. My company had a subpar customer service experience when dealing with Opus. They were unresponsive at times, failed to make simple changes to our account after being repeatedly informed what we wanted, and as a whole failed to communicate important information -- mistakes which directly affected our business. We have since switched to a different company. While it is more expensive, we are finally getting the level of service necessary to run a successful business. Frankly, I wouldnt recommend Opus services to anyone.
