Could not have had a more wonderful stay or better hostess.  Kindness is key and Dani is kind and patient.  The stay was better than I could have imagined.  I loved how private the units are. Knowing I shared a carport, I was curious.  Loved that it was two totally separate homes with their own yard. The neighborhood is fabulous and super close to everything Austin has to offer.  It was well decorated, super spacious, very comfortable and she had thought of everything. I love to cook and the kitchen had it all. Awesome place for a long term stay. Cozy, comfortable and convenient.

This place has spoiled hotels for me forever - my home away from home! Beautiful! Perfect location. I would definitely recommend to friends and family that travel through Austin. I would love to come back most definitely. Thank you for this wonderful place and thanks for opening up to travelers. Love it.

What a perfect place to stay while experiencing Austin! Comfy beds, clean house, and a great location. All in all an excellent value for what you get. Owners were very easy to communicate with and we had everything we needed just like if we were at home, except our home is not nearly this nice!

I liked the contemporary simplicity of this vacation rental and the modern design. It was great to explore and attend seminars during the day and come back and unwind in our own quiet space. We walked a lot which made this location perfect for us with close walks to restaurants in the evening.

This has been my absolute best rental house experience. It was fresh, modern and comfortable. We actually decided to stay in one night instead of going out because the house in itself is a destination where you can relax and be with friends and family. The beds were almost TOO comfortable, I didnt want to get up in the morning! They thought of every little important detail down to nail polish remover in the bathroom. Dani was a delight to work with from start to finish. Onsite laundry was a huge plus!!! I have already recommended Soco Spaces to friends and family, and cant wait to plan my next trip. What would have cost over $1000 for a girls weekend getaway at a hotel cost much less and was far more homey - the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and you can walk right to South Congress for great food and great shopping.
