Every time I have gone in to order parts, the service is terrible. They take forever to assist you or act like they annoyed with you for being there. This most recent time I went to order a gasket for my camshaft and they had to order it. One week went by with no call. I called and asked and got the yea, its here click. Although they suck on service its still the only place I can go so Ill deal with it.

Every time I have gone in to order parts, the service is terrible. They act like they are annoyed, very very slow to bring your order, makes you feel uncomfortable. Owner should really consider finding people with better customer service. Oh, and they never answer the phone either!

They dont have anybody working in the parts department.. sad

The worst service in all Austin, I was trying to buy an Injection pump I was having difficulties because I dont understand the English very well and this sales man named Roland or something like that said I am very busy for deal with this, so Just because this situation I couldnt buy my part, I went to other place and just for 5 more minutes I could buy my part

Very positive experience the parts person guided me quickly to the part I needed and it was there the next morning waiting also saw stuff for my wish book so no doubt I would recommend everyone there !

The service was slow and it seemed like I was annoying him by asking him to look up parts. However, they were able to find the parts I needed. Not sure how much is linked to Covid.

Cummings Austin is a GREAT business. Lane Dennis, Charles Zepeda and Mark Washington are one GREAT TEAM. I can not say enough good about those three. If you want the work done RIGHT and with CARE, make the drive to Cummins in Austin !!
