Just had my second service done at this shop. Terry has always been a pleasure to deal with. Reasonable price, speedy service, and very honest.First time I had brake job and transmission fluid done. They never tried to recommend than whats needed. Terry told me theyll try to resurface the rotor, if that didnt work out, they have to replace it for some extra. Turns out they were able to resurface the rotor.Second time I had some bad wheel bearing problems. They took apart and found only two bearings going bad. Replaced them and my car sounded a whole lot better in years (probably were going out for a while).Another plus is I live in walking distance from my house to them. Will be taking my car here from now on. Recommended!

Awesome customer service! Attendant greeted us upon arrival without any hassle. U-Haul keys were ready and we were in the truck and loaded with rented dolly within 5 minutes. Quick hint is to check-in online ahead of time so all you have to do is sign when you get there. Thank you to Manchaca Service Center for starting our move hassle-free!

Wonderful service here. First time was an emergency oil change before heading out of town and they got me right in and on the road in no time! The staff gets straight to the point and doesn’t try to up sell anything un necessary. I feel like the pricing is fair as well

I had no trouble getting my inspection here, and the staff was friendly and helpful, but I have to agree with some of the other reviews that there was a little bit of propaganda going on. I have no problem with anyone having faith in their life, but the radio in the waiting room was tuned to Christian radio, there was all kinds of Christian literature inside, and when I got in my car, there was some Christian faith pamphlet left on the passenger seat for me.If thats your thing, this place is for you. But if that sounds like something that makes you a little uncomfortable, seek your service elsewhere.

An honest man. I came in thinking i need to replace the cv axle. He took it in found out it was just a loose cover making the noise.. he told me the truth and didnt even charge me . I will be coming back and recommend you to everybody. God bless

Well, Im planning to return... again and again. I hope Im welcome. I thought everything went well -- perhaps my vehicle presented some new challenges -- you never know behind the scenes. When it came time to check out and I was presented with additional information, Terry made the comment if I come back, this and that. Really threw me. High marks from me -- efficient, competent, convenient. What more could a person ask for?

I had my car towed to Manchaca Service Center after hours because it wouldnt start. I called the shop that day to make sure they knew what the issue was. Before I had even called them the next morning the car was fixed. They replaced the starter on my Honda on time and on budget. Of course, I called a dealership to confirm that my automotive repair was on budget. To my surprise the dealership verified that the car repairs were less expensive than the dealership quote.I not only towed it in after hours, I got it fixed the next morning, for significantly less than the dealership quote. I will go back here for car repairs.

I moved back to Texas recently and was in search of a good auto center to dedicate to for my 2008 Toyota Prius when need be. I wanted to support a local business and came across this place by Google. It was close to me and they were friendly over the phone so I gave them a chance. They also do everything so I liked the idea of having a one-stop center for all my maintenance needs.Came by three times in the last six months and have yet to be disappointed. I got my state inspection and an oil change here. It was very quick and smooth. The rates are reasonable.I admit I was a little concerned when I pulled up the very first time because of the not-commercially-perfectly-clean like chain businesses (i.e. white walls, manicured parking lot, etc) but later learned that they invest their time in their services rather than the look of their place. They didnt speak down to me as a female and Deaf customer and that was a refreshing change from the other places Ive been to.My last visit was due to a concern about how my car was performing. I was upfront about my financial situation (TLDR: not good). They did a check and got back to me in less than two hours. They shared some minor issues but emphasized that it was nothing serious or immediately necessary. I was grateful for their honesty and quick work- especially if it was something I didnt need right now given my finances. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. In fact, they reassured me and made me feel good about my car and its maintenance plan.Also, some people (like one reviewer here) may be put off by the Christian materials in their waiting room. I am more spiritual than religious. However, I appreciate that they have moral standards that are within that realm. I never felt like they were pushing their beliefs on me- just sharing what they practiced.They are extremely kind people who work hard and thats rare these days. Exactly what I like to support. Great service, great people, great experience.

I have been here twice. The first time was just as bad! I had several years between the visits. The Manager there just doesnt have the right attitude for customer service. I find this hard to believe, since they play Christian music and hand out bibles. But, very poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please try another place and save yourself the hassle. Why spend your money at a place with poor service.Every dollar counts. If they dont need it, spend it where it will make a difference.

I have been a customer at Manchaca service center for years. I trust this man entirely. There have been times where he could have taken advantage of me but he didnt. If it is small repair he will never turn it into a large one. Ive read some of the other reviews here and Ill just say this... Integrity is worth more than a smiley face. Terry is quick and to the point and some may mistake that for lack of concern. But its really that he is handling a bunch of stuff at once. He does have Christian literature out at the waiting room but he has not ever pushed that on me and I have been a customer there since 2000.

Just took my car here for its state inspection. They were friendly and fast.

This plays doesnt take just 15 minutes to inspect a car, took over half an hour to inspect a car before me as well as my car. And there are some type of cult with crosses propoganda all over the place, lost over an hour here.
