Good and great service, but definitely understaffed. It took forever to get my phone fixed, but the guy working on it was super busy and needed help managing the place. He is the only reason this is not a 1star review.

Went in to get my screen fixed on an 8 plus and the guy worked SUPER fast! Took maybe 20 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and nice and made things so easy. I didnt catch his name, but he was the best! Highly recommend.

I scheduled the replacement of my cell phone battery on line before showing up. After scheduling the appointment, a $10 off coupon showed up on the appointment email confirmation. I brought that in to find out that there was an in store discount that was better, so I was pleasantly surprised about that. The repair took 1 hour as promised so I was happy with that as well. The repair technician informed me, after I informed him that my wifes phone needs a new battery as well, that Batteries Plus locations are independently operated so some services may not be offered at others or competitively priced. He happened to mention, coincidentally, a particular location that happens to be near my house may not replace batteries due to being too busy, or whatever, and that they charge more there. They also send a lot of folks to his store anyway. I am glad that I mentioned that, because I would have sent my wife to that location and been disappointed. So, I would recommend going to this location for at least a cell phone battery replacement. I would guess that repairs for cracked screens or other repairs would be done well and competitively priced here tool.

Seriously the best! I cracked my screen by dropping it off a counter onto hard tile. I initially took my phone into a Sprint store to use my insurance and they told me my screen was irreparable; I thought not. I brought my phone into this location 20 min early of my online booked appointment and the guys took me right in. They were super friendly, knowledgeable and fixed my phone with absolutely no problem in less than 15 min. Tip: Book online, you’ll save even more cash. I’m cancelling my insurance plan with my phone carrier and bringing it back here it it ever happens again :)

After going to AT&T when my phone would not charge, I went here to see if the charger port on the phone could be repaired. The gentlemen took one look with a flashlight & determined there was debris in the port. He pulled some out & then brushed over the port with a toothbrush. He then plug into the port to charge to be sure the problem was fixed. It was! What a relief, AT&T said the internal prongs at the port were broken & that a replacement phone (after insurance) would be $400+. We fix It was personable, courteous & looked at the phone immediately. I was in the store a total of 5 minutes and they would not let me pay stating that I could have cleaned it myself and even gave me instructions on how to do if it happens again. We fix It was very knowledgeable - I definitely recommend!

Customer service is impeccable and they do a superb job on phone screens. I have been there twice and the price is fair and they get the job done in 30 minutes.10/10 would recommend

I replaced the screen of an iPhone 6 on 10/16/19 here at the repair shop inside Batteries + Bulbs.Unfortunately I dropped said iPhone walking down the street on 10/19/19—it cracked underneath the tempered-glass screen protector I had installer on top of it after replacing it. Only three days!Screens break, as accidents happen. I went in to see if there was a grace period on 10/23/19. There was nothing they could do. A bummer, but worth a shot.Apparently the reason it broke was because something about the silicon seal is made weaker when the screen is replaced...the screen now more-directly touches a metal frame, so this is common occurrence? I learned this from a combative staff-member (explaining why it likely happened).Bummer! I would advise against replacing your screen here. Not worth $64.95. The color-quality of the display was also not quite the same caliber as the original one was, but that’s another matter.Not here to ruin anyone’s life, but the staff wasn’t professional to top things off. Luckily they figured out how to print my receipt for me so I could date this review accurately.

This store has ties to the scam going on in the parking lot. Theres a kid hiding in the bushes, slaps a boot on your car if you leave the area for more than 5 seconds, and then he expects you to cough up $100 to release the boot. Every business in this lot is culpable and should be blacklisted.

My daughter dropped her phone and cracked the screen plus broke both cameras. These guys were so great... Fixed everything quickly. Great, friendly service!

The Apple store WOULD NOT replace my I-Phone 6 battery because it swelled. Apple wanted to sell me a new phone. For a little over $50 my phone was fixed in 10 minutes. 100% happy. Good job guys.

I Went in to get my iPhone screen replaced. They were very friendly and quick! I definitely recommend them! Hopefully there won’t be a next time, but if I ever break another screen I will 100% be going back!

Came here with my friend who had broken her phone the night before after the phone repair down the road turned out to open at 10 am and not 9 am like advertised online. We were in a bit of a rush because we needed to drive to Houston to make a flight but the repair was so quick! It took just a half hour to replace her screen and pay, and the price was discounted as well. Would certainly recommend if you are in need of a quick phone repair, especially for cracked screens as they can replace the screens of newer phones in basically 10 minutes, ours took longer as it was an iPhone 5S.

I thought I had a broken Iphone screen to my surprise it was only the protective cover. The guy saw this right away. much appreciated.again I came in with a minor problem and they did it free of charge. You guys have a loyal customer.

Cracked my phone screen at work, not even 30 mins later I had Jacob come out to help me out! The whole fix took less than 30mins. Didnt have to leave work or anything. Super fast and great service! Guy knows what hes doing!

These guys came through in a pinch for me. I was visiting Austin and cracked the screen on my iPhone 6 Plus. They got it fixed and back to me very quick. Great guys there.

The customer service is satisfactory, however the service doesnt quite meet expectations. I had my phone screen repaired there and while the screen is repaired, the coloration seems a bit faded, watered out even. The home button is also not properly in place.
