This place was super awesome. Got my screen repaired for a very reasonable price. Quoted me at 30 min and it was done in 30min. Fair and honest. The guy working there also gave me a free phone case as a gift. Cant recommend this place more.

This place is wonderful! I have been twice (iphone 7 plus and iPhone 8 ) and both times I was so impressed. The guys that run the place are really friendly and helpful as well as honest and upfront about expectations. The work they do is quality so there is no frustration involved and you dont have to worry about them taking advantage of you - thats so rare these days! The good news is that they sell accessories so I can visit them and support them when Im not crying over a broken phone :-) so thankful that I got a recommendation to go here. Dont waste your time trying to find another place- it is worth the Shepherd traffic nightmare! Support small business like this so we can keep them around!

Dropped in on a Tuesday night before dinner to get an iPhone 7 cracked screen replaced. Picked up phone an hour later, paid and left. After getting to hotel I realized the touch screen was not detecting touch in certain regions. Also noticed that the colors were dull and washed out compared to an OEM screen on another iPhone 7. I downloaded a touch screen test utility and confirmed the a region about an Inch wide and half inch tall near the top of the screen was a dead zone. There was another smaller dead zone at the top right where ‘X’ button to close a screen is often located.I returned to the shop at 5:30 PM on Black Friday and the store was closed. I fly out tomorrow so I’ll have to get the screen/protector replaced again. $90 wasted.LESSON: use an app to test the screen after getting it replaced and compare color quality to another phone if possible.

They had the best price for replacing the screen on my galaxy S9 and my phone was ready when they said it would be.

It looks as though I may have the only bad experience here, nonetheless I will give you my opinion/experience. My iPhone was locked, due to a cracked screen hence why I came to iTech to get it replaced. Everything went great, friendly service super fast (maybe too fast) until I reached the Apple store and they enlightened me that the internal components in the phone were damaged. 1k phone rendered useless, ineligible for trade back + $90 for shoddy iPhone screen repair. Personally wouldnt recommend as best business practices would be to admit the mistake take a hit and move on. iTech does not give refunds or returns on services even if that service was faulty.

Great service and best prices that I’ve found. I had an iPhone 6s screen fixed and I sold a Samsung 7.

I was originally quoted $65 for my phone repair and was told it would take 2 hours. It took more than 4 hours and when I picked up my phone, the guy didn’t remember the price he quoted me and asked for $80 instead. Oh, and my phone isn’t fixed..... Not returning.

I checked the previews while searching for repair around my area but now after his service I confirm such a very respectable honest fact expert you can have by heading there. I believe I found my workshop and wish to have visit to meet Mr.Ram again.

Very friendly and very reasonable prices. Strongly recommend who needs electronics or phone repairs.

Good deals food screens

Came to get a phone repair at 2 pm. Doors locked with “lunch” sign that said 20min. Waited 35min with no return. Phone number to place doesn’t work.

I had splitted tea on my Lenovo Yoga 14, my laptop stoped to work.I waited for a while and used hair dryer untill it was fully dried, but it didnt work. So I entered his shop with a little  hope that he can at least access to my harddrive. Instead in couple of hours he fixed my laptop. I strongly recommend him to everyone.
