If I could give 0 stars I would. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. If you have apple care DO NOT TAKE IT TO THEM! They needed to fix my watch and charged me $75 for the service. When I went to pick it up they said that there was nothing wrong with the watch and blamed it on apple.

We had Geek Squad come to install TV mounts and TVs on the wall. At the Best Buy store, we had a lengthy discussion with the sales associate about how we could do it ourselves, but we prefer to have pros do it because theyre so good at using zip ties to secure the cable boxes in just the right places. Seriously, this discussion went on and on. Were really just talking about a small AT&T cable box per TV. Not really that big of a deal. But the whole installation process is only worth it if that gets done properly.It was 5 days from the date of purchase before the TVs could be mounted. Okay, not a huge deal. Kind of long, but not a deal killer.Then they show up and say that they cant secure the cable boxes to the TVs. Thats an advanced task that will require them to charge more. Nope. Bye. You dont get to bait and switch me.
I just had the most wonderful time with the Best Buy Geek Squad! I brought my computer in to be looked at for an issue that had been extremely annoying me for a long time. It was so wonderful to have my computer looked at in person, and they fixed the problem within 10 minutes, free of charge! For someone who has been dealing with the Dell support team for the past 6 months, this was the absolute best interaction I have had with a technical support team. Thanks Geek Squad!

“Authorized” apple repair - they took 5 minutes to tell me they couldn’t fix it. I just had to buy a replacement phone for $550. Went to 1Up on S. Lamar, and they fixed it FOR FREE in under 60 seconds. Come on, Geek Squad!! At least try!

Horrible Staff horrible service didn’t have the products I need came after six was told there’s no Apple technicians but we scheduled the appointment online schedule me a new appointment the next day come to find out they did not have my screen would not recommend
