After our roof was replaced Direct TV refused to go onto our second story roof to install an updated satellite dish. Clara went above and beyond to find an installer that would go onto the roof. She called at least 10 installers before she found Dave Rusch with Cellnet to do the job. Dave also did a terrific job. Both times when we experienced problems with the satellite box Clara has offered to loan us her own satellite box until a new one could be shipped. We would never take her up on it but the fact that shes offered to send her own repair technicians out and to lend us her satellite box says everything about her customer service. The staff worked very hard to find me a device I could get with my STAPvoucher. They were very eager to help me with my selection, and provided very quick service.

Fantastic job...and it all starts with Clara, the face and voice of All Digital. I hosed my mother-in-laws DirecTv setup and had to fix it pronto. Called All Digital at 2:30 pm on a Monday. At 4pm Tuesday, a repair guy was on the roof, diagnosing and fixing the problem. The shop owner said I had a misunderstanding of the original agreement, but I strongly disagree.I paid the money they charged and informed them Id never do business with them again. I recently moved in north Austin and I wanted to try another TV provider than Spectrum (Time Warner). I was tired of paying a high bill every month. I also LOATHE customer service from the big providers. In looking up options, I came across a review of All Digital. I decided to call and see what they had to offer.Clara was great from the very start! She explained the options and I decided to give DISH TV a try. Ive been SO very pleased with the service—with DISH and with Clara! She was very helpful in solving some of the small hiccups involved in setting up new service. And for TV, Ive found DISH to be AWESOME!!! I started with very reasonable introductory rate, and Ive enjoyed the movie channels so much that Im keeping them even after the intro rate period.The knock youll hear about a satellite TV service is that it can drop out in bad weather. That is true, but its only happened to me twice in 5 months. And when it does happen, the Hopper DVR suggests that you watch something recorded. Both times, I easily switched to previously recorded movies. No problem at all. And speaking of recording, the DISH service makes that easy. A single click for anything you want to record.Another great thing is that DISH has eliminated multiple remotes and has never become unprogrammed. Just press two buttons on one remote—one for TV power and one for DVR power. Everything else is VERY easy to understand and use.Obviously, Im a fan.

I had a voucher through the State of Texas STAP program and wanted to apply it to an iPad Pro. I never found a vendor in the Houston area that dealt with Apple products and STAP.
