I havent even picked up my camper yet and I can tell these people are very friendly and courteous. Not only did they make my reservation happen in a time crunch, they did it on Memorial Day weekend. The experience so far has been easy and Im looking forward to picking up my camper this weekend. Oh and FYI, I am also a small business owner who depends on Google reviews for my business. These 1 star reviews are obviously bogus. All of them mention the same issues, its as if the same google user is writing them, and Id bet its their competition. All of the actual people that have used their services have left high ratings. My experience so far has been seamless. -Shawn Canady-

Ive been a customer of the Hendricks family for years. Wes and Nan are always very friendly and helpful. I refer my friends and family to them for auto and camper/recreational rentals. Wes has a great memory for old rock and roll (just ask him).

Im currently looking to rent another camper and I have noticed this establishment is still in business. Im very surprised they are in business. If you are looking to deal with a professional, customer oriented individuals, and have a outlook to provide a easy in and out experience, this isnt the place to go. The unit we rented was very dirty, hitch was broken (i payed to replace), the roll out tent smelled of a rotten animal, and other items on the trailer didnt work. I dealt with both owners and were not professional and didnt provide the level of customer service I expected, especially for being in the area of there they are located. The weekend was not enjoyable or memorable. My kids will always remember the bad of this trip because it was a non stop of issues I had to deal with for over 4 days.

I have rented from American Rent All for the last 7 years and they have always worked with us and are super flexible. I called other places before and they are never willing to work with you. Great business!

Just got off the phone with these folks. I was told, Ive got a customer sitting right here in front of me talking about buying a car and Im talking about a $50 trailer rental. I get it, got to go where the money is, but I found his response to be incredibly rude. If I am such an inconvenience, dont pick up the phone!

We rented an rv for the weekend. The price was the best I could find in Austin And The rv was clean and roomy. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

The Male owner is rude, ignorant and argumentative for no reason, the wife is reasonable and easy to deal with, hang up if a man answers. Ive used them several times and had to deal with the husband for the first time today.

They are really friendly people, prices are good, and for the people that compkain, I mean come on you cant hand something in dirty or worse than how you got it, thats why you get fined, but they are really cool laid back people l. Easy to contact and really good options and service.
