Would definitely recommend. We needed a bathtub-to-shower conversion. Ultra Services gave us a better solution for a much lower price than what the bigger companies offered. Communication on scope and price was clear and consistent. They always let us know when they would be coming--and then showed up exactly as scheduled. The workers were very polite and accommodating, and they did an excellent job keeping the jobsite clean, and removed tools and floor coverings each evening before leaving. Overall a very good experience.

I cannot recommend Ultra Remodeling highly enough! I’ve used them now for three different remodels, and on all three they have proven to be highly professional, very responsive, and to do extremely high quality work.I first hired them to completely gut and remodel my bathroom in October 2017, and they were fantastic! I felt like they were really customer oriented and they went above and beyond to satisfy even my picky high standards (I’m an extremely demanding customer :). The guy who did most of the tile and paint work (Eric) was super perfectionist (like me) and he’s one of the best tile guys I’ve ever seen (I remodeled my kitchen and master bathroom many years ago before I knew about Ultra, so I’ve had experience with many different Austin contractors).Ultra is very customer-centric, and when there was a misunderstanding and some tile got put on that wasnt the way I wanted it, they pulled it off without question and re-did it, even though it took several hours (and without charging me extra). They even finished that very difficult job (which required very careful digging into the foundation around post-tension cables to install my in-wall toilet) EARLY. While they were doing the bathroom project, I mentioned that I might want to paint the exterior of my house and some point, and they said that they could remodel (paint and tile) the laundry room at the same time (which I had also mentioned) for a cheaper rate, since they would already be out there doing similar tasks.I was so thrilled with the work they did on my bathroom that I did hired them again had them paint the exterior of my brick house (from natural pink to gray) in Jan, 2018, and also to remodel my laundry room. Again, they did a terrific job. I like to ask a lot of questions and they patiently explained the entire process. The supervising worker (Darinel, who is amzing) even came back a few days later and circled the entire house looking from top to bottom to make sure there was nothing that needed to be touched up. And when my wife accidentally scraped the side of our garage with her car while pulling out, Darinel came out and touched it up for free.Michael, the scheduler/manager, is really helpful and responsive (he answers calls, texts, and emails immediately, and is both friendly and knowledgeable). I’ve contacted a lot of contractors who either never return calls or who have long delays in getting back to me, and I find it frustrating. With Ultra, you always feel like a priority.I like and trust Ultra so much that I recommend them to everyone. In fact, I had two neighbors who recently hired them based on my advice, and both of them were very pleased as well. If you’re considering Ultra, do yourself a favor and call Michael, and at least have them come out for an estimate—you won’t be sorry!

This company is totally incompetent. Dirty brushes and rollers. Thinning your paint making drips. No clean up each day. Purchasing wrong baseboards. Very slow on the job. Do Not Use!

Needed some work completed on my 1 bedroom condo to accommodate me being blind. I called Ultra Services Remodeling and I was impressed by the way they answered my call. I explained to them my situation and they kindly scheduled the appointment for me.The day of the appointment their sales rep Michael showed up on time. He was patient with me and helped me better understand the process of the work I wanted completed (widening door ways). After he left, instead of just sending me a bid, Michael called me to review the bid with me. I was very impressed by this and immediately accepted his bid. He went ahead and placed me on his schedule.A few weeks later, Darinel called me and introduced himself as the owner and my projects manager. Shortly after, Darinel and the crew arrived to begin the project. Every day they finished when they said they were, cleaned up after themselves, and always placed materials in the spot where I instructed them to so that I didnt trip.On the final day, Darinel requested that I had a friend or family member present for the final walkthrough. My brother was so impressed by the quality of work that he took Darinels business card. I will definitely hire this company again for my next project. If you want to work with a great company, then this is the company to go with.
