We have completed two projects with Revent. One project was a remodel and addition, including moving a kitchen and adding a bath/covered patio. We had such great response/work from them that we did a second project of remodeling another bathroom. Both projects were completed perfectly. If there was anything that we caught that needed to be fixed, they did so very quickly and without question. They were professional throughout the project and great to work with. Really appreciate everything John and Andrew did and will use the again.

John and his team were responsible for a total redo of my home’s first-floor flooring: complete demolition of existing tile, leveling of underlying concrete, and installation of brand new floors. for a company that typically works on projects of much bigger scale, john’s team treated this smaller project with their utmost attention and respect. they provided great advice, honest pricing, and were transparent and accessible throughout the process. most importantly, the work was performed quickly and efficiently, and i could not be any happier with the end result. i would 100% recommend working with john and the revent team.

Remodeling is always tricky, and in my opinion selecting the right contractor is the single most critical part of the process. Revent gets high marks for communication, initiative, work quality, transparency, and accountability. While the project took a bit longer than expected, it was on budget, and we were fully satisfied with the final outcome in terms of quality and appearance. Revent treated us and our home with respect and we would use them again without hesitation. 5/5.

My wife and I worked with Revent to do a lot of the finishing touches on a cafe were opening in Austin.They did the tile, accent wall paint, wood seal, bar back, patched the drywall, painted the ceiling... they did a TON for us and the place looks phenomenal (see pic).One of the things I really appreciated about working with them is that they got what we needed to do, and then they did it well and fast without needing to be managed or directed at all. They understood how to be compliant with plumbing and electrical codes, and they even suggested ideas for other ways we could make the cafe look nicer that we hadnt thought of, which we really appreciated.All in all, 10/10 experience and I plan on working with them again in the future. Johns a professional and if you can get on his calendar to work with him youll be very glad you did.

Revent managed our complete kitchen remodel which included opening a wall, re-routing appliances, electrical, gas, new cabinets, quartz countertops, waterfall island, and opening ceiling to route new vent hood line. We had a pretty unconventional project: a barn conversion, that kicked off right at the same time as the coronavirus pandemic. From the first day the Revent crew came out and helped clear out the barn just to get the project going, until tidying up a few things after completion, John (the owner) and all the Revent crew went the extra mile every step of the way. We ended up with an amazing home that exceeded all of our expectations.Every time an issue came up, as they always do in any construction project, John was always all ears, beyond reasonable, and gave me total confidence that he would personally make sure everything would be taken care of, and I was never let down.We are absolutely thrilled with our choice to hire Revent and completely over the moon with our new home. We live in a 1964 ranch style home that we purchased in 2012. The open kitchen was an improvement from our last tiny kitchen and provided lots of space. However, the painted red cabinets, broken glass fronts, the laminate countertop (with several burn marks) and builder tile throughout the kitchen and living room, left the space feeling dark and uninspiring. We lived with it for 8 years and dreamed of a bright modern kitchen that we could entertain in and cook up inspiring dishes.We were referred to Revent by an architect friend and decided to get a bid. We met with Andrew, our Project Manager, and walked through our home. Andrew was courteous, asked questions, made suggestions and overall had a great personality and we hit it off immediately.After a few rounds of design changes and discussions on finishes, we finalized everything and set a start date. The whole project took about 8 weeks from start to finish. Demo was quick and it was amazing to see our kitchen gone in a matter of hours. We ran into a few snags throughout the process, but nothing that couldnt be fixed and wasnt terribly costly. Thank goodness!Andrew was always available as we had questions or concerns. He was efficient at getting information we requested from any of the trades and quick to assist with any challenges.As the project came to a close, it was amazing to see the transformation from a dark and dreary kitchen and living room, to a bright, airy and functional space. We walk in each morning to make coffee and feel so relaxed and happy. Everyone who has stopped by loves it. The butcher block island is my favorite space to enjoy a meal, play cards and visit with family and friends.We cant thank Revent enough for helping us see our vision come to life. We are so pleased with the outstanding remodel on our 1947 home. The teams with Revent Remodel and Construction worked together to update our kitchen, baths, and den. As with any older home, there are issues which they worked diligently and successfully to address. Electrical, plumbing, and gas lines were all brought up to date and up to code. Structural issues were addressed so that all floors are sound. The tiling and carpentry work were handled by experts at the artisan level. The custom cabinets are beyond our dream come true; they have exceeded all expectations in beauty and functionality. The fact that I say that about a contractor who ripped our house apart for the better part of three months is probably all anyone really needs to know. The professionalism, thoroughness, responsiveness, and thoughtfulness were all far above expectations.Our project took a couple weeks under 90 days, which is about what John estimated it to take (slightly less). If we hadnt added some change orders and werent as particular as we are, hed have finished sooner. As we made changes along the way, John was up front about the impact to timeline and budget. Im very analytical and curious, so the way his bids included line item detail was very important to me. I never once felt like I was being lied to or was being taken advantage of. We waited over 3 years to do our renovation because we couldnt find the right person to do it until we met John.John had crews working nights, weekends, and holidays like Memorial Day earlier this year. He was extremely fair and honest. Additionally, we saved cost because John helped us with design and we ended up being completely comfortable with not hiring a designer.Working with John and Revent was a pleasure. My wife and I have recommended him to several of my personal friends already. He’s highly professional and his team is fantastic. Since purchasing a fixer-upper several years ago, Ive worked with multiple contractors on various updates, and thought I had a pretty good idea of what to expect when I approached John about a large, multi-faceted project. I couldnt have been more wrong - instead of vague estimates and murky calculations, his proposal was deeply detailed and completely transparent. He has continued to apply that same attention to detail and open communication throughout our lengthy project.John doesnt show up with random/lowest bidder subs - every person who works for him is selected with care, and his bottom line is always quality. I once had a contractor send an electrician who installed the switches upside down, but John would never let that happen. He is a joy to work with, very responsive (always within a few hours), and the most trustworthy, reliable contractor Ive found. He and his crew have transformed our property and made the entire process feel so easy that Im trying to find additional things for them to do!Weve passed every inspection with flying colors, with inspectors remarking on the quality of work delivered by Johns crew. Reckless Driver almost killed me after blowing through a stop sign. Clearly didnt care he was in a neighborhood with pets and children. It was a very large black truck with the License plate that started with GG.
