I liked the place. It’s not busy and loud. The ladies were pleasant and fun.I had the best experience with Kaitlyn. She is super polite, professional and caring.She took the time to do my hair to perfection and she is very gentle with her hands.It’s one of the best experiences I’ve had at a hair salon in Austin so far. I will NEVER come to get my hair done from this place again! I got a full sew in from Eddie in March for my birthday. The sew in was nice, but when i took the sew in out in April i was left with a huge bald spot in the middle of my head! (i dont have thin hair, i dont even have thin edges. I have a very huge full afro) When i asked for a refund he told me No! When i asked for him to do some type of hair treatments he told me he didnt see a point if i was bald to the scalp the hair wouldnt grow back anyways!!! Who tells somebody that without even checking out the spot!? I didnt want this man playing in my head anymore so i declined. DO NOT GET A SEW IN FROM HERE! I dont feel comfortable wearing my afro anymore and i cant get braids anymore thanks to this place!
